Very special memories of our time in Lake Bohinj

Pros: Immaculate, peaceful, everything we needed for a very comfortable 4 night stay. A picturesque 10 minute drive to Lake Bohinj. What made this place for us though were the friendly owners who clearly love sharing their village home with guests, making us feel very welcome. The icing on the cake (literally) was when Karmen made my husband the most gourmet and delicious birthday cake, after he casually let slip it was his birthday the next day.

A perfect long weekend in the Slovenian Alps

Pros: The hosts were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The property is in a village, next to a beautiful mountain creek, a 15 minute drive from Bohinj lake. The apartment was spotless, and probably the best equipped we have ever seen on our travels. The beds were very comfortable. We gave our kid the room and slept on the couch, but it felt like a real bed because we got an actual mattress on top. Our kid was thrilled with a basketball hoop in the front yard and played there every evening. We'll be staying there again whenever we are in the area.

Pros: Perfect stay and excellent hosts. Marko and Karmen are wonderful people and their apartment was very clean and tidy. It's modern and has everything you need. You can park the car just by the house. We really can't fault the place or their owners, Thank you, Marko and Karmen.

An excellent apartment with wonderful hosts

Pros: An excellent, well appointed apartment with the best equipped kitchen ever! We really appreciated the extra little things like the sweets, juice and wine. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful about the area. Very good location for visiting Bohinj and surrounding locality. Would highly recommend.

Besides the apartment being modern, clean and with everything you might need during your stay, the host and the hostess were the most generous, friendly and hospitable people you will ever meet! Pros: The hosts are fantastic, and so is the apartment. At the heart of nature, with many hiking trails just minutes away, picturesque villages, lakes, and the majestic Juliske Alps. This is one of the best places we stayed in. Highly recommended.
