Luxurious, comfortable, calm stay
Pros: The apartment is in a great location, surrounded by mountain view and with private parking. It is a very spacious, well-equipped and maintained apartment, with super comfy water beds and luxurious decorations, big TV, Playstation and all the needed kitchen equipment for stay-at-home cooking!
Cons: There is not a single thing not to like about the property - everything in it was absolutely great! The host Filip was also super helpful, making the stay pleasant and enjoyable!

Cosy apartment for relaxation
Pros: I especially enjoyed the sauna and the cozy relaxation room. Spending quality time with my family playing board games and billiards made the stay even more special.

Pros: Quite village between the mountains near the river,, close to Bovec, great house , well equipped, the basement with billiards and sauna. Trails beginning from the house, World War I dugout near.

Pros: Everything was excellent. Clean, pleasant, warm, and homely. The view from the balcony is wonderful and calming. The sauna and the pool table add just one more big plus to everything. I wouldn’t change a thing. I definitely recommend it.

Very nice stay in appartement with Sauna.
Pros: In general it was a very good stay, nice and quiet neighborhood with easy accessible mountains. We had the appartement downstairs, with sauna. There is really a lot of space. Nice living room, dining room, kitchen, sauna and pool room. Big bathroom in the sauna area.
Cons: On booking.com is an information that dogs are allowed, free of charge. We had to pay to Filip €10 per dog, that's not a problem, but please add this information to booking.com to have it clear upon arrival. Bathroom on flat floor very small. Big bedroom is a bit old. The TV in the pool room is completely frozen, not even connected to power. The audio system doesn't work, and the CD player won't open. Terribly creaky stairs to the apartment upstairs, their lower structure is in the apartment on the ground floor, they make a terrible noise.

Pros: Very clean and properly organised! And very secure.
Cons: Nothing specific, but more kitchen towels and bathroom body wash could be accomodated.

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment, and the spa area is amazing. The location is a bit far from the center Bovec, but many trails start from Kal Koritnica, so perfect for hiking around Soca river.
Cons: The shower upstairs is designed so that the water goes everywhere. This is the only thing we thought it could be improved.

Great modern apartment with lot of amenities and great starting location for trails and hikes in the area.
Pros: It was very spacious and clean, great amenities. New bathrooms, nice spa and entertainment room, very comfy living room with huge TV. Remote location with beautiful views. The house is right next to the start of popular hike to mountain Sviniak. Also right next to the bus stop going to the starting point of popular Soča trail. Walking distance to the river and camp restaurant. Short drive to Bovec town.
Cons: Just a small thing: we couldn’t find sugar or salt in the kitchen, could be useful for guests that do not pack these things.
