Exceptional value, super comfortable and equipped apartment, excellent location!

Pros: Best value of any apartment stay ever (100+ stays)! Extremely comfortable apartment, huge and spacious! Outdoor dining. Very well equipped kitchen. Short walk to Soca River swimming and Boka Waterfall. Close to outdoor hub of Bovec, but in a much better and quieter location! Friendly hosts! Would definitely stay here again!!

Cons: Absolutely nothing! You can’t go wrong staying here!

Pros: We loved being here. The landscape is beautiful, the air is very fresh and we can hear the Soča River's sound. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, with excellent english skills. This was the best accommodation we had during our travels. Every mornings, we drunk coffee in the glass-walled living room while watching the mountains. The photos can never fully capture to the beauty of the place. The house is modern, perfectly clean and we didn’t see any spider in 6 days. I recommend every nature lovers people this place. Thank you for the experience — we’ll be back 😉🥰\

Impeccable, tranquil, hospitable

Pros: Apartma V&T felt like being at our own home beside the Soča River. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed having them as our “upstairs neighbours” — respectful of our privacy, yet always helpful when needed. The silence is absolute, the views breathtaking, and the only tourists you see are rare, passing by on foot or bike. Swimming in the river is just a short walk away, crossing the river and descending to the water. The air conditioning and shutters kept the apartment pleasantly cool during the heat.

Pros: Very spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable lovely big terrace with beautiful views, short walk to swim spot and ‘beach’ at the beautiful soca river, very kind and friendly host

Pros: Spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view and quiet surrounds. Property is 5km out of town but at swim spot in Soca river ( also where kayak adventures finish). Recommendable even for long stay because of space and very good kitchen ( washing and dish washing machines)

Pros: Every thing was great the host is very kind and the location was amazing 20 meters from the river The apartment is very spacios and updated the kitchen is great for cooking and the garden has a table and chairs to sit and eat in and even stargaze

Pros: Die lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und radtouren. Am Morgen kann man sich direkt in der soca erfrischen und dabei auf den boka Wasserfall sehen. Thomas ist ein super lieber Gastgeber gewesen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
