Perfect apt for enjoying Kobarid area.

Pros: The host was fabulous, very welcoming to our dog and cat and very resposive to all requests. Position of the ap is perfect, outside terrace also great, we had a perfect stay in combination with hiking and gourmet dining in the area.

Cons: Evertything was great.

The best home away from home with Above and beyond service

Pros: Nives the landlady deserves an Above and Beyond award ( more later ) but first - the apartment is right in heart of town, minutes’ walk to restaurants etc and easy driving to the beautiful Soca River and all its sights. Kitchen has everything you need along with a semi sheltered patio for coffee - this is a home away from home - thoughtfully set up. Host is always responsive and the welcome from the landlady is outstanding - personal greeting with lovely snacks ( eggs from her hens) / gift . I’ve stayed in 6 BnBs in 2 weeks and this is absolutely someone with a passion for her guests. BUT her kindness in excelling in helping her guests must be commended. We got a wrongful parking ticket ( as machine was not working) and she took it upon herself to help us resolve it even if she didn’t have to.

Cons: Nothing. Parking maybe be a little tight but help comes in the form of personal valet from the landlord’s family.

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet corner near the central square of Kobarid. You have local bakery just around the corner. The owner was incredibly welcoming and heartwarming. Even brought us a plate with local goods to taste. Communication with her was effortless, and she had no problem with our swiss shepherd in sheding season 😁. The interior has incredible cosy modern design!

Cons: Unfortunately, we arrived on rainy days, and our clothes and shoes got soaked. The apartment has difficulty with moisture removal, so we could not get our stuff to dry out. So if you plan to hike no matter the weather - make plans accordingly.

Pros: Very comfortable and modern apartment in ancient building. Perfect starting point for trips to Soča valley. Parking place is in front of the house. And I'd like to appreciate madame Nives the owner for her helpfulness and generosity.

Perfect location for exploring the Soca Valley

Pros: Apartma na klancu is a very well equipped apartman situated exactly at the center of Kobarid, but in a very quiet area. Apartman: the building is erected at the end of the 17th century, so it is a trully historical building, refurbished to meet the needs of today. All the pictures are valid. All listed equipment you can find on bookin was there. The terrace is comfortable with wood decking, table, chairs and clothes hanger, board game etc. There you can also find a lot of brochures if you need some more inspiration what to see around. You can park your car in front of the apartman. Kitchen: fully equipped + the kind owner handed us with some home eggs, local vine, some other drinks and bread. Beds: we used 3 different beds, size were okay, all were comfortable, 1 mattress was a bit softer we used to use. Bathroom: also modern and cozy.

Cons: There is nothing to list here, just one thing, which links to how to park your car. You might be good in parking and maneuvering in narrow streets, and shall forget about big SUVs.

Perfect base for exploring the Soca Valley.

Pros: Beautiful apartment located in the center of Kobarid. Large and spacious with everything you may need. Plenty of good places to eat locally if required. Thanks for the eggs, they were delicious!

Pros: The apartment is spacious and everything is still quite new. it has everything you need including a Dolce Gusto machine for coffee lovers. It is close to shops, restaurants, companies that organize adventurous activities and a nice self-service fresh ice cream shop. It is just a few steps from the Kobarid Historical Trail, should you want to explore that.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Great apartment in the centre of the Kobarid

Pros: Great location, very friendly owner, clean apartment, free parking.

Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito y perfectamente equipado.

Magnifique

Pros: Fantastique, l'hôtesse qui nous accueille avec une bouteille de vin, des petits légumes de son jardin, des œufs de ses poules, du café, du thé... le logement est parfait, vaste, très belle décoration, très bien agencé avec une chambre séparée, un petit patio charmant. Garage juste devant ( étroit mais facile d'accès ). Au centre de Kobarid, très calme.
