Beautiful, comfortable, rustic home in stunning location with warm hosts

Pros: Rustic and charming. Beautifully restored by Luca and very comfortable and functional. Our teenagers especially loved the quirkiness. Great for exploring the Soca valley and the village itself is so pretty and residents incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend staying here!

Cons: Nothing.. wish we’d stayed longer!

Pros: L'alloggio è una vera bomboniera, la struttura e l'arredo, fatto salvo per il bagno ristrutturato e moderno, sono tradizionali ma in ottime condizioni e perfettamente funzionanti. Tutti gli ambienti comunicano tra loro, il che rende questa sistemazione particolarmente piacevole se lo scopo è stare in compagnia. La gentilezza e la disponibilità degli host sono infinite e fanno sentire immediatamente a casa! Anche la posizione è ottima, in un quarto d'ora si raggiungono sia punti di partenza di sentieri suggestivi che centri abitati più grandi (Tolmino e Caporetto) con supermercati, bar, ristoranti e pompe di benzina.

Cons: Il bagno, nonostante sia dotato di riscaldamento a pavimento, tende a rimanere piuttosto freddo e l'acqua calda nel boiler è sufficiente per due o tre docce al massimo. Arrivando con il buio l'alloggio può essere leggermente difficoltoso da individuare, essendo la strada scarsamente illuminata.

Pros: Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man müsste einen Tag mehr einplanen, nur um entspannt auf dem Balkon oder der Terrasse zu sitzen und Kaffee und das Haus zu genießen. Sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns mit guten Tipps zu Touren in der Nähe beraten hat - inklusive Einladung zum Dorffest👍👍 - ganz toll. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt ☀️

Magnifique chalet typique et confortable

Pros: Tout était parfait. Magnifique ancienne grange aménagée à la perfection par Luka. Tout est très beau et pratique, combinaison parfaite entre charme et équipements modernes dont airco, lave vaisselle, machine à laver ... Il y pleins de choses à faire dans les alentours: baignades dans la rivière, rafting, randonnées, très bons restaurants....

Pros: Magával ragadó hangulatú pajtaház jellegű szállás. Megannyi autentikus részlettel! A szállásadók maguk üzemeltetik a házat, ezáltal minden részletre odafigyelnek. Nagyon kedvesek és figyelmesek.

Cons: Nem volt olyan

Wunderschöne Woche im Socatal!

Pros: Wunderschönes Haus, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon und einen Tisch mit Bank in einem abgetrennten Teil im Garten. Sehr gemütlich, tolle Lage. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten Badestellen an der Soca erreichen. Bis ins Zentrum von Kobarid sind es ca. 30 Minuten. Dabei spaziert man über die Napoleonbrücke. Die Gegend ist total toll zum Wandern. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, für uns war es die perfekte Woche! Danke an zwei sehr freundliche und außerordentlich bemühte Gastgeber! Volle Empfehlung!!
