Apartment Nona Polda

We had an awesome time at Nona Polda, visiting Hisa Franko and the Soca Valley.

Pros: The location is great for visiting Hisa Franko, as well as the Soca Valley in general. The apartment we had was spacious, and it was great to be able to sit outside for morning coffee, looking at the field and mountains.

Lovely stay in Kobarid

Pros: The property was very clean and in a great location. We liked the clothes airer and the bathroom was very nice. We asked for recommendations for canyoning and the company they suggested (Soča Pulse) was fantastic!

Cons: Car space was limited and not easy to park. There was no sofa, or any place to chill besides the bed. Also no microwave. The other guests had a Doberman which was not a problem as he wasn’t too aggressive, but it would have been good to be told in advance.

Pros: The keys are not on site for self check-in, they're in Kobarid about 5min away. You're also expected to return them within business hours.

Pros: Amazing location and excellent apartment. Really cozy and really nice decoration, finishing! Super comfortable garden.

Cons: (1) We had to pick up the keys at a different location than the accomodation, that fortunately wasn't that far - buy its a bit annoying after a day of travelling. It would be nice to have this information beforehand, escpecially since there a control person givin out the keys. (2) Unfortunately, our shower drain was clogged but it was adressed - but it still did prevent us from both taking a shower one after another in the evening. (3) Overall communication needs to be improved as we had to wait several hours for feedback on some other topics. All things that take a little bit from an otherwise amazing location and accomodation, but leave a bitter-sweet flavour.

Pros: We had everything we needed. Apartman was clean, heating was on when we arrived on the rainy day. Nice kitchen, good size bedrooms and cozy garden for dogs.

Nice, large apartment, ideal for hiking, rafting on the Soca.

Pros: We were in the upper apartment, which was huge, with 3 bedrooms, two large balconies, a kitchen-dining room, and a covered garden area with a bench and a barbecue area. Quiet place, ideal for hiking, rafting on Soca.

Cons: There is no microwave or dishwasher.

Pros: i liked jow big the appartment was, the bathroom and kitchen were new and perfectly equipped, grill was outside, location near to Soča river, all perfect for the nature and trips and it was also dog friendly

A great place in the valley

Pros: It was such an amazing place to stay, the whole appartement was brand new, everything was thought of, and there was a big communal garden and terras. We really needed a place to have some peace and quiet in our own cocon and this was very much the case in our apartment at Nona Polda. We will definitely come back when we are around the area again in the future!

Pros: newly equipped apartment, 2 nice bedrooms, small living room with a very well equipped kitchen. we liked the terrace and the backyard but there is no privacy.

Cons: our bedroom was situated on the side of the house close to the main road and we couldn't sleep with open windows due to the noise. althought app is newly refurbished we missed towel racks in the bathroom. shower towels are very thin and small. no privacy on the terrace because it's situated beside the parking place and other guests were using our part of the backyard to go to their car and from the car to the app
