Alpine tranquility

Pros: With a stunning rural vista, a group of self—contained apartments that have everything you need and some common areas that open up to an outdoor space with the spa and sauna. It was good to meet fellow travellers, and the host was extremely helpful. Janja was always contactable! The village is isolated, which for us was not a problem and actually a plus, but Janja had let us know this beforehand, so we stocked up on groceries.

Pros: I loved everything about this place, from the rural idealic location to the extras like the hot tub and sauna but most of all I have to complement Neja and janja. The organised last minute rafting for us within an hour and also provided an amazing bike for my husband to go on an early cycle before we left. They also gave great advice on a hike straight from the door! Highly recommend if looking for something a bit different in Kobarid region!

wonderful place to stay

Pros: Apartment is very nice, clean, kitchen fully equipped (even with a dishwasher :)). the location is in a small and peaceful village a short drive up the mountain from Kobarid. we enjoyed the view from our balcony every day. owners are super friendly and helpful. we loved it and will definitely come back.

Pros: Amazing stay! The view and surrounding is just amazing. Very comfy beds, amazing view from the balcony. You can buy wine, beers, sauna is 10€. You can walk to the waterfall & to zelenci lake from here.

Cons: Jacuzzy wasnt working and was very dirty after the winter.

Pros: The apartment was excellent – modern, clean, and spacious enough for a couple. The shared areas were large and well-maintained. The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
