Fantastic base to explore Ljubljana

Pros: Fabulous base to explore Ljubljana, everything is within walking distance, host was very attentive and helpful, very comfortable apartment with everything you would need. There is also a huge lido with an olympic sized pool, children's pool and hot tub 400 metres away which was lovely for an afternoon.

Pros: Lovely traditional apartment and very nice, welcoming, host, very proud of his town. The apartment is self contained, the owner lives above. Parking was in the street but he had made sure there was a space for us. Had we arrived on a motorbike(as was originally planned) he was going to move things around so that we could have had off road parking. We were welcomed with a glass of local liquer, very nice, thank you. Plenty of information from the host and a map was provided, thank you. The area was peaceful to sleep at night. It is quite easy to walk into town from the apartment, about 20 minutes I would guess

Pros: Just a 15 minute walk into the middle of the city which was beautiful. Andy the host was very nice and had lots of information.

Cons: The main bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. I put the second quilt onto the bed and slept on that so it was better the second night.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, the location is perfect, in a quiet street, a mere 10-15 min walk from the city center. The host was wonderful and very helpful with our needs.

Pros: It is a clean, comfortable, spacious apartment. 15' away from the city center, and equipped with everything you need for a family stay (the second bathroom was a great surprise). Andy was very nice and helpful and made the check-in out process smooth and simple.
