Chaplin Apartment - Free Garage Parking

Roomy, comfortable, well equipped base for exploring lovely Ljubljana

Pros: It is huge! Plenty of room for three of us with ski stuff. As well as two bedrooms it has a comfortable lounge. It's really well equipped, with a washing machine and drying rack (there's plenty of room for the drying rack) and lots of storage. Big walk-in shower. The location is great - quiet, up a side street but still near the centre. There's an outside seating area, which we didn't use as it was February, but it would be lovely in summer.

Cons: The air conditioning is REALLY noisy. We had to turn it off and open the window at night.

Pros: The location was brilliant. A 10 minute walk to the centre and it was really quiet in the area at nighttime. There is a fabulous supermarket over the road which also leads to the car park. They sell all sorts from breakfast stuff to evening meals. Well equipped apartment with everything you need and well done out. Has plenty of storage and a good power shower!

Cons: The parking instructions could be clearer. Whilst the co-ords to the parking location were helpful, it wasn’t clear that when you collect the parking card from the apartment before accessing the car park, that there’s no nearby place to stop temporarily. (Or what you do if the 3 that are in walking distance are full!).This meant my partner had to drop me off and circle the block while I picked up the card, which was quite a faff. I also wasn’t a fan of the check-in process. Although it was straightforward and provided all the necessary information, the timing was overly rigid. You don’t receive the apartment details until the exact check-in time you select, so if you selected the check-in time as 4pm until 5 p.m., you literally won’t get any access information before 4pm. (It has a countdown on the app! A bit more flexibility should be had, especially where there is a lot of information sent to you. (Outside of offering early check in). You need time to read it and digest the info. Maybe send all info earlier apart from the access codes.

Great location and clean

Pros: The location was great and it was clean with its own private entry

Cons: The kitchen is very small, this was ok for us as we were only staying a couple of days.

Everything was good.

Pros: We loved the location. It is just 3 minutes apart from the city centre. We had parking place for our car, which was very important to us. The apartment was pretty clean and comfortable.

Cons: We don’t have nothing bad to say.

Pros: Great location, we liked the high tech recuperation system. Very comfortable beds

Cons: The car park instructions were inadequate . However once we did find the garage it was convenient. Would be difficult for some using the steps access apartment.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Ljublana and the wider region.

Pros: Great location, just 10’ walk from the old center. Be able to sit outside surrounded by some trees. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons: While the public parking garage is relatively close, it is a bit of a hassle to (un)load the car, since you can’t drive the car up to the apartment. And the kitchen is - although well equipped - pretty tiny.

Pros: The location is excellent, very central, just a short walk from the river and the heart of Ljubljana. It was perfectly clean, and we had everything we needed. There is a small private sitting area just in front of the property, and a bigger, shared park area, all beautifully shaded and secluded. We found a supermarket, a bakery, and a coffee shop just around the corner, and many restaurants, shops, and galleries very close by. We slept very well, there is no noise at all, despite the hot weather in Ljubljana, the apartment remained cool and pleasant day and night. I would be very happy to stay here again next time I visit Ljubljana.

Cons: I didn't like the Digital Receptionist System, and I would prefer to have contact with a human, even just via phone call at arrival. But we have prepared well in advance, uploaded the App early, and followed instructions step by step. We managed the process without much stress.

Pros: Nice ans cosy Apartment, everything was Clean. Only a few minutes Walk to the City Center

A very efficiënt and lovely appartement in the center of Ljubljana. Excellent way to visit the city.

Pros: The appartement is small, but very efficiënt. It has almost everything you need. The included parkinggarage is nearby and feels safe and has quite large spaces. The WiFi is fast. The beds are relatively soft, which we like. The location of the appartement is really in the center, so everything is at walking distance. The seating area outside is a nice bonus compared to many other appartements. The shower is nice and comfortable. The overal feeling of the appartement and all the Chaplin details are very nice and give the appartement a cool characteristic vibe. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Cons: We really missed a coffee maker. There are several places to buy coffee within one minute walking distance though. The kitchen is very small and the knives are a bit blunt. Also a pan to make a pasta saus in, would be a nice addition. There is a pancake pan, but that doesn't actually work on the inductionplate in the kitchen. We found that a bit strange. You can't get in front of the building with your car, which makes moving you luggage a bit of a hassle. There is a school very nearby so outside you can hear children playing. Inside with the door close, you don't hear a thing though. Obviously these are all minor things. Not enough to deduct a point and make it a 9 instead of a 10. For us this made it a 9.5 which we rounded off upwards :)

LUBIANA IS PERFECT

Pros: THE LOCATION IS VERY NEAR TO THE OLD TOWN OF LUBIANA .( DRAGONS BRIDGE E.T.C. ) IT IS ONLY 8 MINUTES WALKING. YOU DONT NEED TAXI OR BUS. AROUND THE APARTMENT YOU CAN FIND ALL YOU NEED . ( SUPER MARKET , COFFEE PLACES , RESTAURANTS , ) . PARKING YOU CAN FIND VERY EASY (PUBLIC AREA) .

Cons: ALL WAS NICE.
