Conveniently located, spacious and comfortable

Pros: The location is incredible, within the pedestrian zone but not on top of the hustle and noise of the cafes and bars. Parking is conveniently in the underground public car park a mere 100m from the apartment. It is very modern and clean, spacious and comfortable. A great place to relax and rest before exploring the town.

Pros: A beautifully curated and thoughtfully designed place, perfectly in tune with the architectural character of the city. Located right in the heart of town, it offered both convenience and a deep sense of connection to the local atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, with a genuine approach that values personal connection — something rare and truly appreciated. Every detail in the space reflected care and aesthetic sensitivity. A stay that felt both elegant and welcoming.

If you want to stay in a perfect spot in the beautiful Ljubljana, this is the place.

Pros: Location, location,location. Huge and spotless clean appartement. Near everything and still very quiet.

Cons: Nothing. Tomas was a very helpful host. He even suggested a very affordable transfert to the airport provide by his own son who is also very kind.

Beautiful apartment in central location

Pros: Plenty of space for family of 5. 1 large bathroom with heated floor and a smaller bathroom. Comfortable beds. Great to have a washing machine and dryer mid stay. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is absolutely perfect-could not ask for better in the centre of Ljubljana.

Cons: Nothing-wonderful stay.

Wonderful, interesting apartment in a fabulous spot in the old centre of Ljubljana.

Pros: The host Tomaz always answered our queries within minutes. It was wonderful to be picked up at the bus station and dropped off to the airport by Tomaz’s son Niki. The location of the apartment is fantastic and the facilities very good. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and we cooked most of our meals. The apartment was always very warm which was great as the weather was cold. Ljubljana was gorgeous and the Christmas festivities and lights were really great. Excellent complimentary coffee at Solist bar was a bonus.

Cons: A little more attention to supplies such as toilet paper, detergent etc. these were only minor problems. Would have been great to have milk in the fridge and tea bags.

Beautiful Accomdation in the Heart of Ljubljana

Pros: Our family of 6 fitted comfortably in the apartment, the apartment was exceptionally clean & we appreciated the light refreshments with some drinks in the fridge. The apartment is in the perfect location in the heart of the city & the car park was only 350m away. Tomaz was very attentive with his communication with us & assisted us with our luggage to the car park both there & back which was greatly appreciated. My highlights with this apartment was the main bedroom & the massive ensuite.

Cons: Nothing everything was perfect, thank you Tomaz for a lovely stay

Pleasant stay

Pros: Perfect location. The apartment is located just few steps to the old town with many good restaurants and bars along the river, yet it was still quiet at night. The apartment is well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful with all the questions/requests

Cons: We came on one of the hottest days in Ljubljana. The apartment has no air conditioning, just two big fans so make sure to open the windows to get some fresh air in the evening and even let them tilted at night. The bathroom next to the kitchen is relatively small

Great experience in the heart of Ljubljana

Pros: The apartment is located in the heart of Ljubljana and offers a great possibility for a stay in a small group. The kitchen, and both bathrooms are amazing. Feels like staying in a litte castle while sleeping in the main bedroom.
