This is an excellent location to walk over to the market, shops and the canal and bus stn
Pros: The location of this unit is perfect, you can walk everywhere in Ljubljana! The host gave us clear instructions for the key lock box and we had no trouble finding the place! It literally was a 5 min walk to the bus station!! Everything worked fine in the apartment!
Cons: When we arrived the sink drain wasn't working and we were unaware of this until water was all over the floor! We notified the owner immediately but he didn't come until the 4th night of our stay. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink!

Close and Comfortable
Pros: Comfortable and clean. This unit is conveniently placed in the city being easily within walking distance for all the attractions. There are many good options for food and the unit has a kitchen with utensils for cooking. The owner is very helpful. His directions made the process simple.

Lovely location!
Pros: Just had a hiccup with the code of the Lock box to get the key. Rang the contact number I had a couple of times with no success but was grateful when I got a call back from the owner. The Studio was in a great location within walking distance of the bus stop and the centre of Ljubljana. The view from the little balcony was superb!
Cons: Had trouble accessing the building with the key not turning in the lock. Also couldn't get the washing machine to work!

Pros: The location is great, everything is 10 minutes away by foot. The check in was also super easy
Cons: The toilet had a potent smell of cleaning supplies.

Pros: Location is perfect, walking distance of 5-10 min to the city centre as well as the train station. Has everything you need - small kitchen, fridge, washing machine, balcony, elevator. Nice view of the castle from the balcony.
Cons: Be careful when moving around the room at night, there is a mean step on the way to the bathroom. Of you have mobility issues this might not be the flat for you. The mattress is a bit older, but still ok. Otherwise all was fine :)

Pros: Great localisation and very good contact with owner. Clean and nice. Has most things you might need incl. Powerful hairdryer and washing machine :) Note that there is a double bed now in the middle and no sofa - which I liked more
Cons: There are no night lamps ( have to get up to swith the light off - not nice when you are night reading and found the comfy position ) and electricity sockets are nowhere near the table/desk. So to boil water in electic kettle you need to put chair near bed and kettle on it ;) Minor thing but if you have to catch up with work on your travels connecting your laptop while qorking is tricky. Otherwise all good :)

Pros: The location of this place is unbeatable. Close to the train station and in the old town. Nice view from the balcony, you can see the castle. A restaurant downstairs of the building (not open Sat-Sun). Quiet and safe. Easy access, no need to run around the city to get the keys.
Cons: Not a problem for us, but you should note that there is just one set of keys. And no mirror exept for the one in the bathroom. So minor things. But a day before our departure we asked about a taxi to the airport and got a not-so-helpful answer. But there were taxis at the trainstation, so we just walked there.

Pros: The flat is very cozy. The area is very quiet and just 5-8 minutes walking from the centre of the city. The host was very responsive and kind, they let us check in 3 hours earlier than planned.
Cons: We had some struggles with the key of the building’s front door but at the end managed to enter. The room was a little bit smelly on cigarette smoke, but since we did the check in 3 hours earlier than the proposed time I understand that maybe there was no time to refresh the air in the room. There was not any kind of bathroom amenities such as soap or a shampoo. I also understand it’s a flat and not a hotel but it would be nice to have that just in case.
