Pros: Comfortable and spacious apartment in a beautiful house in a peaceful area. Excellent facilities and very comfortable beds. Felt like home! Easy walk to the city centre. Very warm welcome from Roman, the owner.

Pros: We liked being in a well equipped apartment away from the centre. Our hosts Roman and Maria were very friendly and generous and helpful. Roman baked fresh scones for us. There was torrential rain and Roman very kindly gave us lifts to the Castle and to the bus station.

Comfortable stay

Pros: The accommodation was very clean, quiet, and well-equipped, which made the stay comfortable.

Cons: There was no TV, and the location is not very close to the city center.

Pros: We travelled as a group so it was great that there was an option for a normal bed for every person and no-one had to sleep on the sofa. Apartment was spacious and well equipped and cozy. We appreciated 2 separate toilets. And moreover attitude and communication from the host.

Cons: It would be nice if we knew about the limited parking lot in advance, not on the day of our arrival. Beds were very soft and noisy.

Great stay for friends/families

Pros: All perfect, the communication with Roman was great, we had flexible check in, he explained parking options and the apartment was super clean and perfect for 6 people, with plenty of space and all appliances and comforts we needed.

Comfortable, close to the Centre. Highly recommend!

Pros: There are well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 5 very comfortable beds, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 extra toilet what is great cause apartament is perfect for more guests. There is a nice balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee and cigarettes or wine at the evening. Easy parking space in front of the building. Apartament is super clean and comfortable! Location is very good, about 20 min walking distance to the very centre of Lublana. But area is quiet and peacefull. And last but not least.. Roman is amazing host! Helpfull, nice and with perfect english! He stays in touch all the time. All tips he gaves us were priceless. Thank you again! It was our pleasure to be one of your first guests:) Wish you all the best!

Pros: lo spazio con due camere ampie, un ampio soggiorno. la facilità di recuperare le chiavi, la disponibilità di poter inviare con whatsup i documenti.

Cons: il bagno davvero molto piccolo e privo del bidet. Anche se la doccia era di dimensioni accettabili, il lavabo è minuscolo; mi sono lavato i denti e la faccia nel lavabo messo a disposizione nella camera. Inoltre è presente un impianto di areazioni molto rumoroso; che ho trovato molto complicato da gestire.
