A must-stay: unique, spectacular, and unforgettable!

Pros: Absolutely everything! This place is truly one of a kind. Eclectic in charm, with so much attention to detail. The hosts clearly take immense pride in their work, and the fact that they share with you the journey of designing and creating a home that oozes their unique taste and personality is both refreshing and special. It is simply spectacular — warm, inviting, and effortlessly stylish. A true home away from home, but on a whole different level. The hosts were incredibly responsive and a beautiful couple whom we had the pleasure of meeting. A must for anyone staying in this beautiful city. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

Dreamy decoration and beautiful location

Pros: In a world where everything feels uniform and where minimalism has become the canon. Mondo Diverso is such a refreshing experience!! The location is unbeatable. The whole apartment in itself has so much to discover that one could get lost admiring the decoration for quite a long time.

Cons: The beds were slightly small. (Two adults fit barely)

Quirky, unusual, great location

Pros: The most unique property I’ve stayed in, so quirky and arty. It’s also in a great location, very close to the river and the castle. Huge apartment so plenty of space with a huge sofa!

Cons: Lack of storage in bedrooms, hanging space was all in the hallway off the entrance hall. Hot water seemed to be an issue - after two showers the water became lukewarm. There were only three of us. Also for this who like complete darkness at night, two of the bedrooms only have nets although they look out onto indoor courtyards so they don’t get super bright and you’re not overlooked. Also note although it says there’s a hot tub, there isn’t one

Pros: This has to be one of the most amazing places we have stayed in. Every room and corner has a story, the decor and whole space of this apartment is exquisite and stunning. It is evident a considerable amount of time has gone into making it a gorgeous place to stay and relax. It has everything inside you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I could have spent all my days inside reading in different parts of the apartment, however I would have missed the wonders of the city, so maybe when I return at some point! Located in the heart of central Ljubljana, everything you need is on your doorstep literally with a vast array of shops, restaurants in beautiful buildings blending Renaissance and Baroque styles, right near the town hall and Robba Fountain. Very safe to walk around this area anytime of the day or night and very clean.

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: This place is surreal, it’s a fairytale! Every piece of furniture, every corner tells a story. You really have to give it a go. We’ll definitely be back to repeat the experience!

Truly unreal

Pros: What an absolutely beautiful, creative and warm space. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a fantasy world through sound and visual beauty and you can feel the love that Ivan and Kaja have put into to it. This is not a simple accommodation, it’s an immersive life experience :) thank you for your kindness and making our stay truly unforgettable.

Amazing and original Ja

Pros: Once in a lifetime -accomodation! Beautiful and original, colourful and amazingly tastefully designed apartment. Everyday you find new details. Art and designer items. Also impecably clean. Beautiful unusual bedrooms: one with a green lighted patio( you have to see, cannot be explained) one with trees growing inside. An experience, to say the least. So glad I chose Mondo diverso. Very easy communication, guests welcomed with a chilled bottle of bubbly and chocolate. Sounds amazing, and it was! Can only recommend!

Cons: There is really nothing to complain about. I requested there could be simple blact tea among herbal infusions offeref and they said they would stock that.

Fabulous. Mondo Diverso is a beautiful apartment, central but quiet.

Pros: The location was brilliant. Right in the centre of town and next to a delicious patisserie where we bought pastries for breakfast. The owners met us on arrival and gave us our keys. They were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. They'd left champagne, recommended music venues and booked a taxi for our departure. The apartment was beautiful and immaculate. My bed was so comfortable and the whole vibe was relaxing.

Pros: Wow, what a stunning apartment! Fantastic location right in the heart of old town, very big, beautifully designed with every detail thought about. The hosts were amazing welcoming and thoughtful, we had a welcome drink and snack in arrival and lots tips about places to eat and drink and visit in the city!

Pros: This was not just somewhere to stay it was an experience. The large lounge room with comfortable furniture was a treat after smaller rooms on our travels. Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town.

Cons: It’s trivial - the kitchen sink behind cupboard doors.
