Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Pros: Das Viertel ist sicher, in der Nähe des Zentrums, des Zoos und der Autobahnausfahrt, vieler Geschäfte und Restaurants. Unser Zimmer hatte auch Zugang zu einem Balkon. Es war gut ausgestattet und es gab auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist renoviert. Man kann sehen, dass verschiedene Möbelstücke langsam ankommen und nach und nach Renovierungen durchgeführt werden. Meiner Meinung nach gab es genügend Geschirr und auch das Internet funktionierte.

Cons: In Wirklichkeit gibt es keinen Wasserkocher, sondern einen Topf, der als Wasserkocher verwendet wird. Der eigentliche Ofen funktioniert nicht, aber es gibt eine Mikrowelle. Einige der Möbel müssen bereits ersetzt werden und die Küche ist sehr veraltet, aber der Preis pro Nacht ist wirklich nett. Ein wenig beängstigend war die Menge an Schimmel an den Wänden, hinter den Betten und in den Ecken. Ich würde ihn auf jeden Fall loswerden! Und - ich sah in früheren Bewertungen, dass es nur wenige Parkplätze gab, aber das hat sich geändert und jetzt gibt es mehr.
