Good stay if you travel by car in western part of Slovenia.

Pros: The property was great; nice and warm for snowy/freezing winter time. The was really friendly & helpful.

A wonderful peaceful stay in a great location with easy reach to nearby towns.

Pros: A very peaceful and beautiful apartment. The location was excellent and easy to find making travelling easy. The sunny balcony was lovely for breakfast and evening drinks. Very dog friendly with lovely host who gifted us fresh eggs on arrival. Would highly recommend it.

Well equipped apartment in a beautiful location, ideal for day trips in Slovenia

Pros: We really enjoyed our time at this lovely top floor apartment, especially the spacious bedrooms and cooking facilities, it was very well equipped. The location is beautiful and ideal to explore the Slovenian alps - we were able to do a variety of day trips. The host was very friendly and kind, and was quick to let me know when we left something behind! It was nice sitting on the balcony. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

Cons: Nothing - we loved the apartment and balcony. The kitchen/dining area is on the smaller side so we struggled to get all 5 of us in the kitchen and eating together, but we sat outside in the garden one day which was nice. Also we would have benefitted from a tin opener but that’s very minor and maybe another chair for the balcony. Highly recommend :)

Pros: Perfect place to relax We had a fantastic time at this apartment. It was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking – I could have stayed there for hours, just gazing at the mountains in awe. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Pros: Amazing accommodation close to the mountains. The rooms were spacious and clean and the balcony was great with a lovely view. Also the host was very kind and helpful :)

Pros: Beautiful accommodation, clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a longer stay. There is nothing to complain about, the lovely owner, who even welcomed us with domestic eggs. Covered parking space as a bonus, I highly recommend it especially for longer but also short stays.

Pros: Perfect location, the view from the balcony is stunning and many interesting things to visit and see around this area. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Our host, Julija is nice and kind, cats are cute.

Pros: The apartment is good, with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is beautiful and good for hiking.

Cons: A comment from the host about cooking Indian food kind of put us off. The rule book in the apartment even mentioned not using Indian spices and a fine of 100 euros if Indian food was cooked. It would be good to mention this on booking.com house rules so that people have more transparency on what food they can cook. It was a bit non-welcoming, and the whole point of booking an apartment providing a kitchen is to be able to cook, especially in a remote location like Dovje & Mojstrana. In my opinion, any other cuisine can produce equally strong odours not just Indian spices. It would be better to have rules around how to cook, like opening the kitchen window while cooking and keeping all bedroom & kitchen doors closed so that the smell does not penetrate to the rest of the house and eventually is cleaned by fresh air from the kitchen window, rather than forbidding and charging fines for cooking Indian food.
