Apartment and Garden house among the mountains

Big and clean apartment in beautiful location.

Pros: Tanja and Roman are very kind and welcoming and gave us delicious fruits from their own garden. The apartment is very spacious and cosy, you can find everything you need in the kitchen. The apartment is spotless clean and the view from the window is beautiful. The train station is close to the apartment and you can get to different places like the Bohinj lake faster than you would by car and it's cheap.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts! Close to Podbrdo train station, Juliana Trail and village centre. Spacious bedroom suite with kitchen and a tv-room. Bathroom with modern shower and a wash machine to refresh the wardrobe.

Cons: That we booked for only one night.

Cosy and inviting apartment in a quiet village

Pros: A very warm and welcome reception from a lovely couple running this apartment. I was greeted with home made strudel and it was good. The apartment was cosy and spacious. With cooking oil tea and coffee and a few other bits of you needed to cook. Plenty of kitchen equipment to use and a few supplies in the fridge you could purchase if need be. The bathroom was big and modern with towels and soap provided. It also had a washing machine which was very handy. I can’t fault the place. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent stay with good hosts.

Pros: Wonderful location and great hosts. We were walking the Juliana Trail and this accommodation is close to the trail in a very quiet and beautiful part of Podbrdo. We shared the garden with other guests (a very friendly couple) and the cabin behind the house with the outside kitchen was ours to use. Everything was there apart from a couple of pot holders to take hot pots from the stove. The hosts let us eat from the apples and lettuce in their garden and were very friendly to us. They gave us a piece of home-made strudel on the first evening and a lift to the station once. The garden looks wonderful and is peaceful and the cottage and outside kitchen have been given the greatest attention with decorating them.

Cons: Not all the kitchen ware was clean, so we had to give that a wash before use and there was just one knife to eat and spread with. Bathroom very concise; it’s tricky to brush your teeth over the small sink, but it works and is clean.

Pros: A wonderful stay with such amazing hosts. The location was fabulous for quieter hiking, train links and peace and quiet. We will definitely return at some point. We received lovely homemade jams, salads and welcome drinks. Perfect!

Pros: Fabulous apartment with really beautiful fittings and furnishings. It s like being in someone's treasured home. Very big and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful separate lounge. The bedroom is very big with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious and the shower excellent. Peace and quiet abound and there's a balcony where you can sit and enjoy beautiful scenery. This is a very high-quality apartment that should not be missed.

Pros: We stayed in the apartment. It was so nice! The hosts were really nice too, available and helpful. They even offered beers and some pasta wich saved out day after one stage of Juliana trail! It’s calm, beautiful! I recommend it 100%

Exceptional place with lovely hosts

Pros: Accommodation exceptional; very clean & maintained to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts who even drove us to a restaurant for our evening meal and returned later to collect us

A welcoming super comfortable and relaxing stay! Good location for exploring the surroundings.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment, breakfast on the balcony with great mountain view. Quiet location with a beautiful shortcut walk to the centre of the village throught the fields. Freshly picked delicious rasberries and apples from the garden for breakfast. Very welcoming hosts who provided lots of imformation and tips for walks and daytrips.

Cons: Our stay was too short! Will be back :-)
