A lovely stay

Pros: The kitchen was impeccably set up - oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, lovely china, glassware and all cooking implements (including sharp knives). Similarly the bathroom and bedroom- lovely sheets and towels; comfortable bed - 5 star hotel quality

Cons: The only negative was no lounge chairs - no space for them- not really an issue for a short stay And a tip to carefully read Valerija’s instructions for the parking- you do not need to take a parking slip - use only the swipe card (which Valerija will provide) 😊

Very helpful host and lovely city of Ptuj

Pros: Lovely atmosphere and great to have meals next door.

Our stay was great, I recommend it to everyone who want’s to visit Ptuj

Pros: The apartmant was clean and spacious, we also liked the balcony, bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable and large, you can also find anything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook something, also a big plus was the parking which is free.

Historical town with beautiful buildings. Stay central and comfortable

Pros: Renovated modern apartment complex in the centre of the old town. Beautiful linen on the beds and towels.

Cons: The terrace open up into a garden which belongs to the restaurant next door. This is busy and noisy and the staff use this area to smoke.

Garden in the City Center

Pros: Location and the quality of the interior of apartmant is a great plus. Its uniqueness is that despite it's central location it also have nice garden and terrace. It's really rare. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy too.

Cons: The first impression, the alley to get to the apartmant is a bit spooky. The neighbours, especially the restaurant is sometimes a bit bit noisy, but it didn't bother us that much.

Very arranged accommodation

Pros: Really nice, clean and modern apartment, perfect for two persons or family. Enough storage space , great kitchen with everything u need. Perfect clean bathroom, enough space, cozy beds and terrace. And definitely great location in the city center, you can walk through the old part of the city and enjoy your stay. The hostess was very friendly and I highly recommend this place for staying.

Cons: There is one small comment about terrace , it is a little bit awkward in the morning if you wake up and there are other people on terrace on the other side, but this is solvable. Thank you.

Great location in Ptuj

Pros: Great location in the centre of the old part. Friendly host who responds quickly to queries. Beautifully renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings and lots of beautiful timber throughout. Very comfortable beds.

Cons: You access the apartment through a serviceway used by the restaurant next door (Rozika). It's lined with rubbish bins and you can smell the rubbish. The restaurant staff sit outside your dining room window smoking and talking. The apartment is top quality but the layout is strange - dining room and kitchen downstairs with bedroom, bathroom and terrace upstairs (no lounge). We never ate on the terrace because you would have to carry everything up the narrow staircase and through the bedroom. The grassy area in the photos is part of the restaurant. The table and chairs on the grass often had restaurant clientele or staff sitting on it so the terrace is not private. The restaurant is, however, top notch! We had a fabulous meal there. And you just have to walk across the grassy area to reach it.

Pros: The new appartment is very well designed with a mixture of wood and stone. Its very spacious with a nice garden area where you can relax with a bottle of wine. It has great kitchen and its near historic centre. I can only recomend it and you will be very nicely surprised how beautiful the place is.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and neat. Furniture was of a good quality. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Pros: Prostori opremljenost in lokacija v starem mestnem jedru

Cons: Lokacija nad gostilno, hrupne hladilne naprave, ki se vklapljajo skozi celo noč. Terasa je ograjena in ne odprta kot na fotografiji.
