Fabulous renovated 2 bedroom apartment with great hosts

Pros: The hosts were really lovely people and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. There were basic condiments available (and homemade biscuits) which was much appreciated. The apartment is actually part of their house. Great, renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely big balcony overlooking backyard gardens and catches the morning sun (there is a train line runs further back but was not a problem at all) and a supermarket 100m away. It has one big bed (maybe even a king) plus bunks in the 2nd room. There is parking on the premises - with a car, this was the perfect location for visiting the famous caves and castle nearby, the Lipica horses and we also took a trip to Trieste. There is a great wine bodega in town for wine tasting - unfortunately closed on the day we had available.

Pros: Excellent stay! Apartment was great - very big, comfortable, clean. I can only say a good words about whole stay. Onwers are a fantastic people. Great contact, no problems with check-in. I strongly recommend for all. I also do not have problem with sleeping at night - clima was working very well.

Pros: We had the most pleasant and warm impressions of our three-day stay in the house of Carmen and Walter. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of their house. This is a very spacious modern apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts presented us a bottle of local red wine, donuts and delicious honey. Thank you very much! The car can be parked in the courtyard of the house. Very convenient to get to Trieste. There are several grocery stores nearby and a good Pivnica restaurant within a 10-minute walk.

Cons: During hot weather there is not enough air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is one air condition in the living room and it is not enough for the entire apartment.

Adorabile accoglienza e senso di casa

Pros: Un CASA davvero accogliente, pulita e predisposta di ogni comfort, ideale come appoggio per visitare Trieste e zone limitrofe, ma anche la Slovenia. La Signora Karmen e il signore sono davvero ospitali facendoti sentire straordinariamente a casa, la cultura Slovena trova espressione nei versi scritti sulle pareti della casa e la rendono davvero confortevole come un abbraccio che accoglie l’ospite. Per Capodanno abbiamo anche trovato per noi un panettone e uno spumante! Grazie!!!

Cons: Un pochino fuori mano quindi bisogna necessariamente avere auto
