Studio apartment Under the castle

Ideal bolt hole for a quick visit to Škofja Loka on our route to Ljubljana.

Pros: This was a brilliant little apartment that was perfect for us. It was finished to a high quality with a great shower, underfloor heating, lovely bed, including roll out single for our son. The tv was great and the location very central.

Cons: It was all great!

Pros: Very beautiful apartments in the heart of the old town, in the ancient building. There are everything a traveler needs in it. The owner is very friendly and caring. The old town and surrounding area are just beautiful.

Cons: The apartment was a bit chilly for me. An overly soft bed is a plus for some, a minus for others.

Small little jewel in the heart of town

Pros: Small studio apartment in the heart of this town, with conveniently located parking spot. The room has all amenities and was recently renovated. The kitchen is well organised and the shower very comfortable. The one double bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of sockets.

Cons: The room is quite small and best suited for singles or couples. Since the room is in the city center, it may get a little loud in the evening. We solved this by going out and enjoying town ourselves.

We will comeback for sure. The location, the history, the property! Wonderful

Pros: Cozy, clean, in historic center of Skofja Loka, nice people, quiet place, everything you need is in the property.

A warm, atmospheric and unique experience in a place that stays with you.

Pros: The authenticity of this place is beyond words — you simply have to book it and experience it for yourself. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully renovated, and honestly a hundred times better than the pictures suggest. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, even offering to carry my luggage. As soon as you step outside, there’s a beautiful café right in front of you under a lovely tree. On the same little street, you’ll find cozy restaurants where you can enjoy a nice meal. Just 100 meters away, there’s a charming square with outdoor seating. And the bus station is only about 200 meters further — it takes you straight to Ljubljana and other sightseeing spots.

Pros: Amazing location, the apartment is in a charming old building and is furnished very tastefully. You have everything you need. The host was very friendly and helpful, giving me recommendations for restaurants and things to see 😊

Great renovated apartment in a very old house

Pros: The location is right in the middle of a beautiful little town. The apartment is nice but consider you will be sleeping in a renovated very old apartment. The renovation is amazing and everything is new. The bathroom is great.

Cons: Parking is a bit far 500mts so consider that.

Pros: We stayed in transit for one night and it was perfect. The location was excellent, the accommodation was clean and tidy, and the owner was kind.

Pros: Sijainti on hyvä keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Siisti ja vasta remontoitu huone. Hyvä ohjeet saapumisesta ja pysäköinnistä. Hyvä ravintola ihan lähellä. Ystävällinen omistajapariskunta.

Cons: Katuremontti on valmistumassa mikä haittaa liikkumista ja pysäköinti.
