Excellent base for visiting Ptuj

Pros: We stayed here in order to explore the nearby Ptuj area on our way from Croatia to Austria, and it made for a very comfortable base. It is a whole house really: there are two big bedrooms, a nice bathroom plus kitchen with dining area. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it's really nice and warm (you can set the temperature yourself with the thermostat on the wall). Continue past the house through the extended family's yard and you'll reach a pleasant river where you can go for a nice walk. Ptuj is just about 10 minutes away by car and worth visiting for it's excellent castle museum or just for a stroll around the charming old town.

Cons: It would be helpful to have a couple of dishwasher detergent tablets, and a baking tray for the oven. Otherwise everything was provided.

Cosy and nice apartment in a little village.

Pros: Excellent place, fast wifi, colourful toilet and kitchen, all sorts of kitchen utensils, comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood (apart from the barking dogs) with nice walking areas next to the river. Especially fantastic place to stay with dogs! Very happy with our 1 week stay.

Cons: It was very cold in the bedroom. Plumber tried to fix it, and it helped for 1 night. But we should have said about it earlier, instead of being cold (and both catching a cold). Apartment didn't have microwave oven or vacuum cleaner. Neighbourhood was full of dogs who barked at all hours. Also cock in the morning!

Pros: Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Ein schönes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, haben uns bei einem Problem mit unserem Auto sehr geholfen.
