Apartma Vila Kočna

Great location - super host

Pros: We were traveling (hiking) on SMT and looked for a place to stay. The villa is just perfect, 1 minute away to supermarket, 5 minutes to restaurant. No need for a car! Place is as described, comfy and well maintained. Looks old from outside, but surprisingly refurbished inside. The host is super responsive and we love the attentions (coffee and home made tea). The terrace with view on Grintovec is a plus.

Pros: Nice old wooden house in a great location, just in the centre of the village. Beautiful view from the house window. Well appointed kitchen.

Cons: Small bathroom with a slide door, next to the bed.

Pros: I’ll only write about my feelings! When you enter this building you get a shock! The place is very colorful and I think fans of poutergeist will really like it!... But then you begin to see that the place is really very well maintained and the owners have thought through every little detail to make your stay super comfortable! Magnificent, stunningly beautiful view of the mountains from the veranda! Washing machine!.. Comfort and cleanliness!.. Thanks to the owners of the apartment for a vacation that was thought out to the smallest detail!!!

Great location for exploring Jezersko area.

Pros: Quiet yet excellent location in centre of town next to Mercator. Gorgeous mountain views from the little conservatory where you can eat your meals or sit and read in the armchair. Well equipped large kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked all our meals there for 5 days - dishwasher a bonus. Cosy living room well stocked with blankets/fireplace for winter visits. Backyard bbq hut was nice for sitting outside in evenings.

Cons: It’s an odd layout - the suite comprises a few renovated locked rooms in a very large old building. (No one else was there). The bathroom is extremely small and right next to the bed (with sliding door) although it had everything we needed incl washer. Do ask the owner for the entry code to be sent the day before your arrival if, like us, you don’t have wifi en route. Also let the owner know if you need the temperature raised or lowered - she controls it from her offsite location.

Nice, very comfortable, beautiful veiws of the mountains

Pros: beautiful views of the mountains, children's playground, very comfortable, shop nearby

Cons: some heating noise (but very little)

Pros: Nice central location back from the quiet main road. Great facilities to suit yourself and a very homely feel to it.

Cons: That I can't stay longer!

Fairy house in Jezersko

Pros: Nice fairy like house, million dollar view, everything in walking distance, really kind people.

Cons: We were a bit surprised that the hall is shared with guests from other unit (our rooms (kitchen, sleeping room) directly accessible from there.

Simpatičan objekt ali treba ulaganje

Pros: Objekt je na super lokaciji, kuhinja je opremljena sa svime šta je potrebno, terasa ostakljena ima svoju čar i pogled na planine, vlasnica ljubazna i dostupna

Cons: WC u sklopu spavaće sobe s kliznim vratima i naravno osjeti se sve. WC školjka ima drobilicu i to jako buči i naravno ne radi kako treba pa morate koristiti wc koji je odmah pored ulaznih vrata koji je u zimskim periodima hladan da ti se neda ići na wc, pipa u kuhinji je jedina zamjerka kuhinje jer nema tople vode i to je protočna pipa pa svaki put kad duže radi iskoči glavni osigurač u kući. Paučinu isto treba čistiti iako je to stari objek.

Odmor za dušu i tijelo!

Pros: Starinski tip kuće, ali iz nutra moderno uređeno. Sve čisto i spremno za uživanje. Iako je trgovina odmah do, domaćim se pobrinuo da gotovo ništa ne fali. Nije falilo čak nit drva kod kamniske peći. Najljepši dio apartmana je naravno, zimski balkon i panorama sa balkona predivna. uglavnom, osjećali smo se kao doma.

Cons: Sve nam se svidjelo.

Pros: Útulné ubytování s domácí atmosférou. Celé patro jsme měli pro sebe. Kuchyň v samostatné místnosti, ale soukromá a nadstandartně vybavená + terasa s krásným výhledem na hory. Vila je v centru obce Jezersko, ale polohou od hl.silnice (žádný provoz, klid). Výborná poloha pro výlety a túry do hor.
