Glamping Zarja

One of the best vacations I have ever had!

Pros: We loved Glamping Zarja! My partner and I spent 4 wonderful days there. Our house had an incredible view to the valley and it was very well-equipped! The glamping site is well-suited for the guest and for any activities for couples or families. We will be definitely revisiting! I would highlight Jaka, the host of Glamoing Zarja! He is very hospitable and accommodating! He also makes incredible breakfast, so I highly recommend it!

Pros: It was super clean, super cozy and just what we were looking for in our stay. I would 100% come back to this place the next time I’ll go visit Slovenia. The Sauna was great, very clean & always ready to use.

Cons: That I couldn’t stay for longer :(

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here. This place is a gem, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The location is incredibly serene and peaceful, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We particularly enjoyed the wellness amenities; the natural cold pool was invigorating and the saunas were the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. He went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, preparing a delicious and thoughtful vegan breakfast for me each morning. Furthermore, his local knowledge was invaluable. He gave us fantastic advice on things to see and do in the area, which greatly enhanced our visit. Highly recommended!

Cons: While our stay was overwhelmingly positive, we have a few minor suggestions. The bed and sofa could be a bit more comfortable for ultimate relaxation. It's also worth noting for future guests that toiletries like shower gel and shampoo aren't provided, so it's best to bring your own. A truly wonderful addition for the future would be private jacuzzis for each hut - that would be the perfect way to enjoy the serene, cold evenings when there isn't much else to do.

Pros: Location Amazing, atomphere beautiful either as a couple or as family. People working there very friendly and helpful

Pros: The location was really beautiful. With a spectacular view. The host is super friendly and he has the best recommendations for diner/hikes/ highlights etc. We highly recommend this place!

The perfect way to end an adventurous holiday

Pros: It’s a perfect retreat. This was the last stop of our holiday so we thought we’d treat ourselves (three-year-old son in tow) and we’re so glad we did. The view from the mezzanine is quite simply stunning and the site is wonderfully peaceful. Jaka and his family are wonderful hosts and cooked us delicious breakfasts and dinners every day, which was welcome both to ease our weary bodies and because of how remote the site is. Even so, it still only took us an hour to get back to the airport.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The accommodation was everything one could wish for! The location is wonderful, surrounded by pure nature, the cabin we were staying in was extra clean, warm and comfortable, and even had a sauna in it. There was also a separate finnish sauna, which was a great addition we made use of. The host was more than lovely and prepared for us the most delicious breakfast! We will be coming back for sure :)

Pros: Glamping Zarja is a magical place, as my 4 years old son said since the first day. You can have a deep immersion, feeling wild and remembering that we are part of the Nature and, at the same time, staying in an incredibile wood house, furnished with attention to every detail. You can just choice if you want to relax in the sauna, or have a walk in the woods around, or simply contemplate the amazing view from your house. Jaka is a really kind person who takes care of every needs or special requests. Special mention for the breakfast and the grill under the stars. We feel as neighbours in his little village!

High quality stay and looking forward to a revisit

Pros: Beautiful and quiet place for being relax and from there driving to different tours in Slovenia. Jaka welcomed and kindly guided me during my stay. The sauna and breakfast were both great!

Pros: I loved everything, and I coming back in the future. The owner helped us with everything and this place is the best place to spend your weekend getaway :)
