Lovely place, good restaurant

Pros: Really quiet and beautiful place in the woods, cabin was lovely

Cons: Cabin was dark

Pros: The location is perfect, in the middle of the forest. Quiet and peacefull. Bungalows are super nice, comfortable and clean. Great value for money!

Secluded.. loads to do in site and in surroundings.. dated but cool!

Pros: Felt like you had the place to yourself most of the time. Even though the pool is freezing, we like a cold water experience and enjoyed having the pool to ourselves, as well as the table tennis and basketball courts. Beautiful quiet spot.

Cons: So quiet it could feel a bit eerie.. especially as it feels quite ‘80s’ and very ‘stranger things’ which we actually found quite fun and quirky! But others might not appreciate it I guess!

Pros: We absolutely loved the location, quiet in the forest. We had such a good nightsleep. Restaurant onsite is great. Breakfast is a big plus

A perfect camp base for exploring the famous caves

Pros: The location of these bungalows makes this campsite the perfect base for exploring the famous caves. The property itself is average, but if you're only staying for a night or two, it won't affect your comfort.

Cons: The place could use some renovations

A lovely little hut in the woods

Pros: It was really lovely to stay in the woods above Postojna. The restaurant was superb- I didn’t use the pool but it looked great

Cons: Parking by my bungalow was impossible and parking on the road was difficult because of how narrow it was. But that’s all.

Time in the woods

Pros: I loved the fact it was in the trees, with the woodland walk/ pathway to the caves close by. We didn't have a car so relied on walking and also a taxi from the bus station. The taxi driver was very helpful and informative. All the people and staff we met were very friendly. The weather wasn't so great when we were there but we still managed a dip in the pool which was very welcome after a day's travel. If we had stayed longer, we would have gone on the bear watching trip recommended by the campsite. Unfortunately we had to leave before.

Cons: A kettle in the cabin would've been good. The supermarket was too far away to just pop in, and we didn't have enough snacks for the teenagers we were with. The breakfast served us well, though!!

Okay-ish stay in a beautiful, stunning nature

Pros: Beautiful location in the middle of a stunning nature

Cons: The GPS led us to some - apparently - non-authorised road through the nature (= applicable for all coming from the North!) The road itself wasn't very bad for car ride, but it was obvious that it is a hiking path. The issue was that at no point of time were ANY sign that it was not allowed by car, ANY, so we calmly passed through. Then, at the reception, the guy scolded us like a stupid school kid from the big city, how much we did that road super wrongly. His words were pretty harsh, but as his English wasn't very good, we didn't take it too much on us. The issue was that his tone of voice was very much in line with his words :D

Quiet and super clean place to stay

Pros: Very nice and clean bungalow in a great location in the forest. Very good restaurant nearby, breakfast here was all worth it.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Great location and facilities

Pros: Superb camping in the middle of the forest, but still connected to the main turistic attractions. Shared facilities were clean and well maintained. Food quality at the restaurant was very good as well. Definitely would come back here!

Cons: We came here in October, when the weather is not as pleasant as other months. Something to heat up a bit the bungalows would be a great addition.
