Charming and comfortable cottage

Pros: Charming cottage, warm and cosy. It had a real Christmasy vibe. We enjoyed an outside hot tub on the snowy terrace :) just take into account that it takes time for the tub to heat. We were provided with everything: bath robes, slippers, dog bowl and dog blanket. Slovenia is such a dog friendly place, you can take the dog inside most of the places. The beds were super comfy, the owners kind and helpful. If you're looking for a peaceful place near mountains, spas and cities, this is a great choice.

Cons: It would be good to provide a vacuum cleaner, we could clean up our dog's hair better.

Pros: Wonderful, well-equiped house, nice hot tub with a beautiful view. The place looks even better than on the photos, perfect for a getaway. We hope to be back!

Cons: The only thing we were missing was a coffee machine.

The most amazing house in Slovenia

Pros: I can not express how amazing this property is. You can see Austria and Croatia, you are on an art trail that stretches for many kilometers of sculptures. If you get the chance to stay here, you must take it.

Energy. Pure energy.

Pros: Right upon our arrival, we were greeted by the friendly host in front of the little house. He gave us a short tour of the surroundings and the cabin, and clearly explained the house rules and everything Makole has to offer. But the moment you step inside, you’re overcome by that warm, unmistakable feeling: I’m home! The cabin has everything you could possibly need—or ever wanted—during a stay like this. The view from the terrace, the fire in the fireplace, and the hot tub are just the cherry on top. All compliments to the owners, who managed to blend visible and subtle details into this humble yet rich little home. Definitely worth coming back! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!

Cons: Finding something we didn’t like feels a bit like searching for flaws in paradise... Maybe just a small, preventive suggestion: it might be worth considering whether the power socket below the water heater should be protected from splashes while showering. Also, if the balcony door and window handles had small markings showing which position opens or tilts them, the handles might stay in better shape. But honestly, none of this had any impact on the wonderful feeling of staying there.

Pros: Very nice location, the view and hot tub were excellent. If you want some peace and quiet this is definitely place to be.

An excellent vacation house with an amazing view

Pros: An excellent place to turn yourself off from the world a bit. Very quiet and peaceful, an amazing view and terrace and the place itself is comfortable. They even greeted us with a bottle of champagne and were very flexible with the check-in time.

Cons: Nothing not to like. If you are looking for a place to disconnect,this is it.

We slept over night and enyoed the sunny day at the terasse. The hot tub is great.

Ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten, Durchatmen und Genießen!

Pros: Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von drei Monaten auf dieser wunderschönen Almhütte — und es war wieder einfach traumhaft. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: gemütlich, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und sorgt sofort für Ruhe im Kopf. Besonders der Kamin schafft eine einzigartige, warme Atmosphäre, und die Hot Tube ist pure Entspannung — gerade nach einem langen Tag draußen einfach unbezahlbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Pros: Prijaznost in razumevanje, temeljna razlaga uporabe ter različnih zanimivosti v okolici.

Ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis – mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Pros: Die Lage über dem Tal ist beeindruckend und die Atmosphäre rund um die Hütte etwas Besonderes. Drinnen sorgt der Holzofen für eine sehr gemütliche Wärme. Man merkt sofort, dass die Gastgeber auf unzählige Details achten – von der stimmigen Beleuchtung bis zur Ausstattung im Innen- und Außenbereich. Alles war sauber, durchdacht und einladend. Der Platz eignet sich ideal, um abzuschalten und ein paar ruhige Tage zu genießen. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
