Pros: It is an excellent place to stay when you visit this area of Slovenia. Room is very big, with comfortable beds and the house is located in a very beautiful place. Breakfast is just delicious. Owners are lovely!! I will for sure come back!!

Pros: Everything was lovely, our hosts were absolutely wonderful, helpful with anything we wanted or needed, and did a great job overall! Hiša Pečovnik was perfect for our trips and hikes, but also for our journey to Ljubljana, which is around an hour away by car. Perfect!!!

A one in a million stay!

Pros: We left a piece of our heart at Hiša Pečovnik. The location is outstanding: On a mountain, surrounded by woods and with an incredible view. The house is really cozy, all wooden inside, both in the common areas and in the rooms, and very well looked after. The breakfast (included) and dinner (not included, but 100% recommended) are out of this world. They have a lot of local or auto-produced products and the cook is incredibly gifted. There also is a big fitness area, as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna, which we had the chance to try and truly enjoyed. Nearby there are many beautiful things to visit, such as the Logarska Dolina, Velika Planina and much more (Slovenian Alps are breathtaking). But what truly makes this place one in a million is the Pečovnik family. They are the kindest hosts imaginable: always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely sweet. We’ve just left, and we’re already dreaming of coming back as soon as possible!

Pros: It was a perfect mini-vacation! Thanks to the hosts, I felt the taste of childhood again... We also thank the very friendly dog ​​Nely for making our stay even more beautiful. Everything was wonderful and not to mention the scenery there, superb, peaceful...everything you need if you want a quiet place and to connect with nature. It was totally worth it.

Pros: The Pečovnik family are the nicest people you will encounter anywhere. They did their utmost best to make the stay very pleasant! Although the location is a few km from the nearest town, I didn't come by car (walked up the hill) and had some very nice walks in the area for the 3 nights that I stayed there. I recommend going up the Raduha and neighboring mountains.

Cons: The rooms do not have airco, but are otherwise very nice. A tower fan can be provided, and also the altitude (800m) helps with keeping the rooms quite cool during the hot summer days.

Perfect getaway for a couple of days, surrounded by nature, excellent hosts, great food.

Pros: The nicest hosts, very polite and kind. Everything was exceptional, from the breakfast (everything home-made) and they also offer excellent dinner (additional cost but so worth it). The piece, the nature, the location and the accomodation in general, everything was great. They are also dog-friendly so we could bring out dog with us.

Pros: We liked the hospitality, kindness and honesty from Špela and her father A lot! You really feel welcome. They help where needed. Due to the flood from A year ago, the road to Hiša Pečovnik is under construction but once you get there the view and quiet is really breathtaking! Also the stars at night are really visible without any lightpollution. Beautiful. We really recommend staying there!

Cons: We both have some problems with our back. We feel it really quickly when A matras or bed does not give the proper support. But this point is negligible.

Pros: Great place to stay, about 10-15 minutes drive from luce is secluded in a beautiful slope overlooking the valley. My stay was perfect, very nice, big and clean room e so much peace and tranquility. The hosting family is super lovely and caring. The breakfast fresh and fantastic! I'd love to go back
