Pros: Lovely villa in scenic setting. Comfortable room. Host was v helpful before and during stay. Delicious breakfast, will provide evening meal if needed.

Comfy room with delicious breakfast

Pros: Great Ester with all the info you ask for, wonderful breakfast and just an overall nice getaway.

Pros: This was our favourite stay during 10-day trip around Slovenia. Ester & Štefan are very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Excellent location in a green and quiet neighbourhood surrounded by vineyards. Room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the hills. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We absolutely loved the evening meals cooked by Ester and her team. They are available at an additional cost, but it's totally worth it. The owners also make their own wine which I highly recommend. It was delicious!

Peaceful place to calm down and enjoy day

Pros: Surroundings are amazing, it could be great to stay there more nights and just read a book on the terrace or go for a long walk, next time! We got great tips for sightseeing as well.

Special property with a wonderful breakfast

Pros: Wonderful welcome by Esta. The location was only 10 minutes from Šmartno medieval village but it felt very rural. The rooms are small and simple. But with a Fridge. Shower was good. It was absolutely fine for a one night stay. At 4pm, we took short drive to Šmartno and had a wine tasting at Vinoteca there. But returned for dinner. We messaged before that we wanted to eat in the farmhouse. €27/4 courses and absolutely fabulous meal. I wish I could cook as good! All homemade. A delicious and generous tomato and mozzarella caprese salad starter plus then enjoyed herbed dumplings in butter and sage with optional roast chicken. Two home wines Merlot and Chardonnay. The Chardonnay was excellent. We bought more to take home. Did a 6-mile/10km lovely and interesting walk from the farm the next day. Enjoyed continental breakfast outside on scenic terrace. Simple with fresh fruit and bread and homemade jams and excellent scrambled eggs.

Great Food and Wine

Pros: The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. Food, both evening meal and breakfast is excellent and the owners wine very good too.

Cons: A small fridge or tea/coffee maker would have been helpful.

I will return to this place soon or later. Defenetely will recommend to my friends.

Pros: Biutiful views, very calm and peaceful place to stay. Property is in great condition, all furniture and accommodation are high quality and looks brand new.

Cons: Hidden in the mountains, but very easy to approach. All is made with big love and hospitality. The owners are very nice and welcome people.

Pros: We had a lovely stay with great food and wine in a cosy environment. Ester is a gem and made us feel very welcome. Planning to come back!

Calm, remote, and charming

Pros: A beautiful winery with a typical atmosphere. The host is very friendly and told us a lot about the region and the wine. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is good, with a lot of homemade food. Enough parking space available.

Cons: If you are the only guests there probably won't be any dinner available, but it's totally normal. Just be advised that you might need to go and search for dinner by car because it's in a remote area.
