Ražman Wine Rooms

What an absolute gem!

Pros: We wanted somewhere to stay the night on our way from Croatia back to Germany, and we found this gem. A lovely welcome including a free glass of homemade wine. The room was very big including a fridge and tea/coffee. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We were the only guests so also the only guests eating breakfast, which included, cold meats, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, muesli and eggs cooked to order. The location was beautiful and quiet. Would love to stay again if we are passing that way.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Great location with a supermarket, petrol station and post office all close by. Easy to get to lots of places of interest and restaurants nearby. lovely large room but could do with a rack for luggage and some pegs on the walls. Breakfast was nice. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open in the evenings when we were there but the owner kindly prepared a delicious dinner for us one night so we could taste all the delicious wine! 🍷

Cons: The soundproofing was not great and you could hear the other guests both in the hallway and in their rooms. Luckily we were on our own for one night.

Pros: Spacious rooms, excellent food, good wine, hospitable staff. The location is amazing - quiet, rural area close to Trieste, the Slovenian sea coast, the Croatian border. We bought wine from the owners. We would love to come back!

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the thin walls. We could hear every word from the other rooms.

Nice rooms, nice host and good wines!

Pros: Great place, very nice and newly made rooms. Also worth mentioning is a very nice host and the wonderful wines he doues. Make sure you try the wines from his own vinyard with some typical and rare grapes. I took some home with me ... .

Pros: The host was exceptionally welcoming. Even though I arrived muddy in the middle of the night from a multi-day bike race, he greeted me with great hospitality and were flexible with check-in and bike storage. They also helped me set up to dry my clothes. The bathroom was spacious and very clean - I love it. The on-site restaurant makes this a convenient spot in the area. One note: the same owner has a wine room about 5km away in another village, so be careful not to confuse the locations.

Cons: No issues to report.

Pros: Outstanding personal customer service, good food, hearty breakfast, great advice on day trip to Koper and Izola. Large clean rooms. Lovely and beautifully run small family winery and accommodation. Highly recommended. Thank you Nik and family

Surprisingly lovely accommodation & wine shop

Pros: Very modern large room. Very well furnished and equipped. Very friendly staff. Good food. Exceptional breakfast.

Gorgeous little hotel with great food and service

Pros: Lovely staying here. The room was bigger and nicer than expected. Fabulous restaurant- the owner was attentive and knowledgeable. Great place, lovely wine. Very close to key tourist areas. Wish we’d stayed longer!

Pros: Sehr schönes individuell gestaltetes großes und sauberes Zimmer, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, zuvorkommender Hausherr, der für Wünsche ein offenes Ohr hat und diese schnell erfüllt. Obwohl das Restaurant offiziell geschlossen war, hat er es ermöglicht, dass wir mittags dort essen konnten. Ein idealer Ort für Weinliebhaber, wir haben verschiedene Weine probieren und mit nach Hause nehmen können und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
