Comfortable stay in pretty old village. Good location for airport and walking/cycling

Pros: Good location to the old village. Very comfortable, clean room. Excellent communication with host. Windows have good glazing as accommodation on corner of two roads. Good location for airport and walking/cycling.

Very nice room above pizzeria.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process, we were also invited to get dinner at the restaurant/pizzeria located under the hotel facilities. We did not ask for housekeeping services which were provided anyway, that was very nice. The room had everything necessary, the towels and bathroom amenities were provided. There were plenty of parking spots, some of them behind the gate which was being closed during the night.

Cons: Hotel is next to the construction company, therefore we heard noises every morning. The access to the balcony was only for our apartment which was great, but one of the windows belong to another room. It was quite strange to be at the balcony while someone could watch us from their room.

Cons: Tiny room and bathroom in eaves of house meant we both hit our heads a few times! Good ti have kettle in room but cups, tea, coffee and milk would be a bonus

Nice choice

Pros: The owner is very nice and helpful. The place is charming and it is about 40 minutes to every touristic spot so you can set the base there if you want (the village is very quiet and nice). In the hotel you have a pizza restaurant (closed mondays & tuesdays) and also parking behind the hotel. The breakfast is awesome so you will enjoy your stay. Very hood choice if you are planning to visit that area.

Pros: Nice little hotel at the top end of Kamnik old town, in easy walking distance from the bus station and train stations. Room was very clean. Downstairs restaurant serves excellent pizza incorporating some unusual Slovenian ingredients in some recipes. Breakfast is substantial and varied.

Cons: Single room is really very small; there's no real room to use the desk as the chair doesn't fit in front of it. Occasional traffic noise outside. A small operation where the chef doubles as the hotel receptionist, so occasional it can be difficult to find him when you need him!

Lovely stay in Kamnik

Pros: The location - close to Ljubljana as well as to mountains. Free parking. The size of a room (queen room with balcony). Spacious bathroom, with good shower and proper hairdryer! Bonuspoints go for normal socket in the bathroom and silent air-conditioner 😉! Pizzeria and local beer downstairs were really good 😉

Cons: Our room was faceing towards road, that appared to be suprisingly busy already very early in the morning. So, next night we slept with closed windows and working air-conditioner and it was ok.
