Ideal room in Karobid.

Pros: Appeared new and modern. Room on upper floor of property, very private. Very clean, washing and drying facilities. Car parking at property. Close to centre.

Cons: Nothing.

I absolutely recommend Room Aria!

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Everything was very modern and comfortable. I don't understand some reviews that complain about the bathroom. Yes It was in another room, but still private and actually very complete en comfortable! The extra toilettries and minifridge were a very welcome plus!

Pros: Right in Kobarid center, easy parking in front of the building, spotless clean and very confortable facilities. Yes, the bathroom is outside the room but on the same floor and still a private bathroom with all the privacy we expected. Overall, great value for a stay in Soca Valley area. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The host was nice, the room was super clean, comfy and modern. The bathroom is right in front of the room and it seems that the whole floor is used only for this room, so there are no privacy issues :)

Cons: The location indicated in Booking is not accurate and Host's instructions were not clear, so it was a bit difficult to find the house and parking. In the end, the host picked us and helped

Excellent 10/10 stay

Pros: Both the room and bathroom were super modern and ultra clean, I don't think we've ever stayed in a cleaner place. The hosts (husband and wife) were welcoming and kind. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. The room and bathroom even had unexpected but potentially very handy accessories, like ear plugs for sleeping or pads for women on their menstrual cycle. For one night, the room was more than enough. Definitely recommend this place.
