Great place with tasty food and comfortable home-style atmosphere

Pros: The place is excellent for a break of your trip along the highway towards Italy,France, Spain. It is just a short detour from the highway with easy access in and out. We stayed for one night only and had a good rest. The room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The restaurant is a real jewel- the food is amazing and prices are reasonable. The hosts are lovely. Should we travel again along this route we will aolways choose this place for a mid-journey rest.

Good location next to the highway

Pros: Good location, next to the highway but quiet! Convenient for overnight break. The room was equipped with modest but comfortable furniture and it was clean.

Cons: Bathroom could be renovated.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at Zorko Gostilna Domen. The host accommodated to our specific situation. The room and the beds were extremely comfortable. The surrounding nature was beautiful and absolutely breathtaking. The location is great, just off the main highway through Slovenia, making it a great option for travelers from Serbia and the rest of the Balkans looking for an overnight stay when traveling to locations in Western Europe that can't be covered in a single day. Overall, I'd give it a high recommendation.

Loved everything about it!

Pros: This guesthouse is very nice, located near a river and surrounded by a beautiful countryside. The staff is most kind and helpful, the restaurant serves excellent food and the room was big and clean. You can really relax in a place like that or enjoy the thermal baths that are only 3 minutes away by car! I definitely will be back!

Pros: We loved the warm atmosphere and the location of the guesthouse! Super close to the highway, yet sufficiently distant so that one can hear only the sound of nature and nothing else. Room was very spacious and cosy. It was so easy reaching Smarjeske Toplice, the thermal spa center, the beautiful natural hypothermal spring Klevevz, Otocec and many others all reachable on foot, by bicycle (that the guesthouse lends to the guests for free) or by car. Zorko was an amazing host, very pleasant to talk to, willing to help at any point! We also enjoyed his breakfast very much! I am sure to repeat a stay with my family or friends!

Overnight Stop

Pros: The owners were very friendly and helpful . The location was ideal for a stopover on our journey, and we have stayed here previously.Exceptional value for money.

Cons: The room was a bit cold, but there were plenty of blankets to keep us snug,and the tv wasn't working.
