Unique stay and extremely friendly host!

Pros: Such a stunning location with a winery right next door. Perfect location if you’re traveling by car and want to explore the wine region. Extremely friendly and helpful host with so many recommendations for the area. Absolutely amazing stay!

Cons: Not being able to flush toilet paper.

Pros: Beautiful area and close to many wineries. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and we had very good sleep there. No windows obviously, it is very nicely renowated room from an old wine cellar. Everything you need on a holidy.

A room you will remember

Pros: The room is not like other rooms, and I mean that in a good way! Really beautiful and everything you need + a nice garden to eat our dinner in. We slept like babies in the excellent bed, and since there is no daylight and no noise from outside you are in a bubble of your own. Perfect for a romantic getaway since there is no WiFi and no cellphone reception either = you can read a book or have a real conversation. Parking is inside the gates, so once you find the house there is plenty of space. I own a B&B and now I want to go home and create something similar!

Best stay in Vipava valley

Pros: This is honestly one of the best places we have every been. Beautiful location, really nice transformation of an old cellar into a beautiful room with character. The garden of the property with the views were to die for. The best was the owner, amazing guy, friendly, eager to help, with good tips and very welcoming. We definitely recommend it and would totally go back! Thanks a lot again for everything Marko :)

Cons: We didn’t mind, but being a cellar there isn’t natural light in the room. The wifi wasn’t very strong in the cellar, in the garden no problem. There was a beautiful bathtub, but I didn’t see any stopper to actually be able to take a bath, maybe I didn’t look properly.

Pros: The pictures don’t quite do justice. This is a beautiful property with really stylish interior. We are very demanding ourselves regarding our living environment and Marko’s rooms have been just up and beyond that standard. He really did a fantastic job in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The atmosphere of the rooms is magic - total silence and permanent cool temperature with really comfy beds. Nothing beats a good night’s sleep!

Cons: There isn’t anything to complain about, really. Yes, breakfast as an option would be nice to have on site but it was clear from the very beginning that it is not offered and Marko suggested a nearby place for that which we did not take, eventually.
