Overall just a fantastic experience.

Pros: The location and the views are superb. Matjaz is a fantastic host with a tremendous passion for the Slovenian heritage and wine making. I rarely leave ratings, but for this place it is a must.

Pros: An amazing renovated vineyard cottage with all the amenities you need. Kitchen facilities were good. Wonderful location with great views. The host was generous with his time, friendly, and passionate about his project. An informative wine tasting was included to learn more about the local traditions and wine. The cottage we had was very private with a lovely outside space to relax in. There is also a hot tub and sauna available with this cottage but use is at an additional cost.

Cons: We chose to use the hot tub which was fantastic but the cost of use may be prohibitive for others.

Amazing stay in rural Slovenia

Pros: Absolutely amazing place. Stunning scenery and perfect location right in a vineyard. The wine tasting and tour of the traditional home were excellent. We loved using the barbecue and how peaceful it was. Bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Matjaz and his family were so friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage a lot. It was very relaxing and peaceful.

Pros: Very cozy small cottage, dreamlike location, beautiful garden and very friendly and hospitable owner. We had a very nice wine tasting with the owner, he was so kind and funny.

Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Landschaft großartig!

Cons: Leider gab es keinen Grundriss des Weinberghauses, so war es nicht ersichtlich, dass das Bad für die weiteren Gäste nur über das Zimmer der anderen Gäste begehbar war!
