Pros: Tomaz is an amazing host! He offers you good coffee once you arrive and he explains everything you need to know about the zone. We felt extremely welcome! We'll surely come back here again

Pros: Thomas is extremely hospitable. We had all the comforts we needed and truly felt at home. He even made it possible for me to charge my car. The apartment had absolutely everything necessary, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I would definitely return to this place again if I visit Ljubljana.

We enjoyed our stay

Pros: Thomaž is a great host, and gave us useful hints to visit the city and the surroundings. We had a nice stay for 4 nights. We enjoyed the comfort of having a kitchen, dish washer, washing machine and parking spot. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark due to having blinders. Lastly, there is a little dog which loves attention, which was a plus for us.

Cons: We decided not to give a 10, because the hygiene could be better. Especially the toilet, bathtub and kitchen could use a deep-clean.

Amazing stay in Ljubljana

Pros: The accomodation has everything you need. Very clean and cozy. It is situated near the city center, we walked about 15 minutes to get to the very center. Tomaž is a great host, very kind, caring and always helpful. Thanks for everything Tomaž and see you next time!

Pros: I really appreciated the politeness of Thomas, the apartment’s owner. He let us live the car in the parking after the check-out and also he lent us his umbrella because of the rain. In addition the room was clean and wide and the house was rich of information about Slovenia, however Thomas was super prepared and helpful

Cons: It’s easy to reach the city centre, but maybe for lazy people is a little bit far

Good accomodation in Ljubljana with a friendly host and everything you need.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay with Tomaž and his dog Tai, Tomaž is very friendly and helpful towards us, which we appreciate. The location is in walking distance to city center, the room has its own AC.

You make no mistake when booking here.

Pros: Quiet area with connections to the city center (bus stop at walking distance). The owner is very friendly and is there to help taking advantage of the city / country if you need.

Cons: Nothing really. The lighting is maybe a little hard for my taste. I would have liked a small bedside lamp.

Pros: Super comfortable place, with plenty of space and facilities for visiting the city. Terrific and helpful host as well, that can discuss with you and help in any matter. Would visit again ;)

It was excellent stay.

Pros: Our recent stay at RoomServ apartment was excellent. Tomaz is such a wonderful host. Our experience right from check-in, stay/room , kitchen cleanliness, other amenities, check-out was excellent. Place offers nice breakfast option also. I would rate entire stay, experience and host Tomaz as 5 star.

Cons: There is nothing that you will dislike about this place.
