Frešer Farm Accommodation

Awesome. Just go for it.

Pros: The place was awesome. The host was so lovely and I had a great time with my girlfriend the moment we arrived. She maily speaks slovenien, but she also tries to speak German and English. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean and the food was awesome and high quality. I can highly recommend this to whoever is looking for a farm stay near Maribor or Slovenia.

Pros: The farm is in a beautiful, quiet place, we could see fawns grazing form our balcony. The hosts are super nice, the breakfast is very delicious and ample. As we arrived they served wine from their winery which was very delicious, we even bought a bottle for ourselves.

Cons: The hosts do not speak english, which made the communication a little bit harder. The walls are not soundproof, one of the guests arrived quiet late at night and we could not sleep very well.

Pros: Absolutely amazing accommodation! I am so sorry I spent there only 1 night. The Frešer Farm offers exactly what we expected (and even more!). So friendly owners (we got a glass of wine at our arrival), cosy & clean rooms with odour of levander everywhere. Totally amazing breakfast = everything was homemade. The neighborhood offer nice trails for foot or bike with lovely views. There is an option buy a bottle of wine from Frešer family too. We really love this stay :-)

It is a place we would like to return to

Pros: the setting, the food and the wonderful friendly owners!

Pros: We had an unforgettable stay! The accomodation was amazing, and the hosts were truly out of this world - warm, welcoming and full of heart. Everything we ate was homemade, from the eggs and ham to the bread, jam and even the apple juice. On our first night, we had the whole place to ourselves, which added a magical, peaceful vibe to the experience. By the second day, more guests arrived, and the hosts brought everyone together with a fun game, fresh cherries from their tree, plenty of wine, and wonderful conversation. It was such a warm, genuine atmosphere — perfect for couples, friends or families with kids. Highly recommended! (We are definitely coming back)

Pros: Location - at the top of the hill with wonderful views all around! Room is very spacious and it has a terrace which is great for chilling in the evening. Hosts were very lovely, they even led us to their farm after check out and to the vineyard as well. Generally, all recommendations!

Feels like home

Pros: The owners welcome you with slippers and offer tea/schnapps/wine - right from the start, you feel like a special guest. Everything is impeccably clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is brand new. We also enjoyed a fantastic view of the mountains. The breakfast, made from local ingredients, is absolutely delicious - everything is so fresh and tasty that you might not even need lunch that day 😄

Amazing place and wonderful hosts in the surroundings of Slovenska Bistrica

Pros: Fantastic hosts, wonderful location, silence and tranquility even on New Year's eve. Breakfast was perfect: a wide variety of home-made items (including bread with walnut, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, jam, etc.), delicious and they made sure you wouldn't go hungry. Our hosts Tatiana and her husband were very nice, sweet and generous, we even got a glass of champagne at midnight. The room is nice and spacious, including the bathroom. We also had the opportunity to explore the family farm, which is interesting as an adult but can be a fantastic experience for children as well. We only spent one night there this time, but we will definitely return.

Wonderful nature escape at Freser Farm

Pros: The location is wonderful. We arrived at night in the darkness, but next morning we woke up to a sunny stunning view looking over the foggy valley. It was so beautiful. If you would like to escape the busy city life it is the perfect option for you. The owners are very friendly, even if then do not really speak English it was easy to communicate with them. The breakfast was prepared with so much attention and soul by Tatiana. My favourite was the homemade bread with walnut. If you are not a vegetarian (as I am) you will also have plenty of homemade meat options directly from their farm. P.S. Mihai says thank you for the schnapps. 😊

Pros: It is rare to find such a unique farm, with such a lovely and warm-hearted owners on Booking. This place is a hidden pearl. The location itself is a beauty, full panorama on the neighboring area. The owners do not stop offering their own, home made, excellent wine, and the breakfast is what nowadays one can only dream of: home made bread, home made sausages, home made jam and honey, vegetables from the garden, eggs from the farm chickens. Even the butter and milk is from the owner's family. The herbal tea is local too. Perfect choice for farm lovers cruising around in the area in a car or on a bike.
