Good location, room and all areas clean, very attentive staff.

Pros: Good location, dinner and breakfast self service, Good selection at both meals. Breakfast coffee excellent. Shower in room very powerful.

Cons: Scrambled eggs not good. Coach trips arriving would wipe out the selection at both breakfast and dinner.

Very good position, parking, excellent breakfast BUT BUS-GROUP HOTEL that means NIGHTMARE

Pros: Very good position to explore the town. Big and kinda secure parking (with no extra charge) in front of the Hotel and (as i believe) it has always availiable spaces. Excellent breakfast but.... Very helpfull and polite staff, especially the guy (sorry i forgot the name) who knows also some Greek!! I put 9 AS FAVOR mostly for the very polite guy who was speaking some Greek and the Parking. If he was not there i would put 5, NOT BECAUSE THE HOTEL is for 5 but because of the hordes.....

Cons: I am EXTREEMLY disapointed because the HOTEL is a hotel that has MANY GROUPS (BUS-50persons each). When i arrived there was ONLY one person on the fron desk and i had to wait the HORDES of the HUNS to pass the reception before me... Unfortunately i had the samew problem in the morning on the (excellent breakfast) that i finally get SO MUCH ANGRY that i took something little in hurry and left the hotel deffinately not in good mood (because of the hordes....)

Cons: Too much small room. There was no soap in the bathroom that day. But I would always return back to this place if I need to stay in Kranj or the neighborhood.

Best customer service for sure!

Pros: Front desk super excellent service. We booked the wrong date ans arrived early but they were able to check us in at the same rate. Also flight was leaving early and had no time for breakfast but they opened the breakfast 20 mins early to give us time to eat. Staff went out of their way to help our needs.

Great location and kudos to free parking

Pros: The location was at the center of Kranj. The free parking was great help since it is very difficult to park around. The personnel was very helpful and speak very good English. The internet was good. There was hot water. The breakfast also had a lot of choices. In general we had a pleasant stay and we would visit again. Despite the fact that it was at the center we didn't face any issue with the noise.

Cons: I would say that the rooms were a little small and it was difficult to leave your luggages somewhere.

Pros: Very nice and tidy hotel in the very centre of Kranj. Excellent rich breakfast with great view from the restaurant. We were travelling by 2 bicycles so they provided us safe parking in the storage room free of charge.
