Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦

Pros: The hotel has 3* and is excellent for that category. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom too. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was quite good for that category. The location is about 6-7 km from the city center

Cons: When we arrived, it was snowing. The parking area had not been cleaned. I suggest that the staff ensure it is properly cleared.

Good value for money, excellent staff but single room too basic.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Splendid breakfast. Lovely layout. Excellent transport system to city even if 4 miles away

Cons: I'm afraid the room.was basic eve for single occupation. It also had a smell which was off putting. Very few facilities in the room.

Great stay & lovely staff

Pros: Room was clean, breakfast delicious with local food with breads, sweets, yogurts, fresh and delicious fruits. The dinner was delicious and fair price. Staff were lovely and Olga made the best Mojito and fresh orange juice. Their cat was #1 of my likeness

Pros: Everything great, confortable, good beds, clean, free parking incluided, good breakfast incluided

Cons: I forgot my Apple charger in the room and I realised 1 hour after leaving the room but the charger was not found. A Great hotel would have gave it back!

Lovely hotel

Pros: Staff were really friendly, the room was modern, air-conditioned and clean. Had dinner one night, and it was delicious and very nicely presented too. Breakfast was really good too.

Pros: Staff were friendly, parking was free. We ate dinner in the hotel which was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons: No elevator. Construction was taking place outside that began at 7am which was frustrating but out of the hotels control. Tv didn't work in the room.
