Pros: The hotel offers a relaxing getaway in the mountains. The staff are very friendly, breakfast is excellent, sauna is included in the price. I think with a half-board it's a good value for money.

Cons: Visitors of the sauna apparently do not know the sauna etiquette (eg. about using the towels, not using the swimsuits, about being silent/considerate of others ...) - I guess they would benefit from clearer instructions by staff members.

Vacation in the snowy mountains

Pros: Big, spacious apartment just across the ski trails. 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living room. Friendly staff to help you with everything.

Cons: If you’re with car, you may have trouble to find parking spot at the hotel. And there are a few stairs to get to your apartment.

Pros: the staff was very friendly. The reception guy was also very helpful in everything, we could not find the way to the hotel and he really tried support to find the way.

Cons: The location. google maps sent us with car via ways where we almost stuck, had tot turn around and ask hotel's help to find the right way.

A beautiful stay in Slovenian mountains

Pros: We arrived very late to the hotel, it was very windy and foggy - quite challenging to drive. Check in process was very simple and easy, the staff was very friendly and we were in our room in less than 5 minutes. The room was beautiful, very clean. Breakfast was very nice, with a nice selection of food.

Cons: Explanations of how to reach the hotel were a little bit confusing. Also messages and instruction received from the hotel were confusing. But at the end we made it, not a big issue.
