FANTASTIC!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grad Otočec. The property is truly magical, a beautiful castle set along a river and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying outdoor activities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, while the common areas are cozy and well maintained. The hotel restaurant is excellent, offering outstanding cuisine and a high-quality dining experience. The real highlight of our stay was the staff: extremely professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. A level of service that is rare to find nowadays. A true five-star experience, especially ideal for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway.

Pros: Such a magical experience, staying in a castle with so much history. The food and the service were excellent.

Wonderful

Pros: The staff was excellent — attentive and welcoming. However, the true highlight is the castle itself. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Additionally, the location is both beautiful and peaceful, especially at this time of year, making it the perfect retreat.

Cons: The restaurant menu could be slightly improved, particularly with more options for children, which would be helpful for families traveling with kids. That said, please don’t get me wrong — the food itself was absolutely outstanding!

Pros: Stunning location, great looking castle hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Although the room was stylish and a good size, the bathroom in comparison was very small and not very well lit … water could have been hotter.

Pros: Location and ambience were brilliant. Staff was exceptional! Best customer service ever. Access to the sauna and pool at sports centre.

Cons: Should include on information sheet about the automatic drying of bath tub and also the quirks of Google maps to get to the Toplice thermal baths.

Pros: The hotel is very cozy and beautiful. The staff are really friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant very good and the food is great.
