Good value for money

Pros: A lot of saunas, a bit crowded in the afternoon hours.

Cons: Not so many vegetarian options for the dinner. Vege lasagne was uneatable.

Pros: Spacious room, impeccable cleanliness and comfortable bed. Very good and diverse food. You can opt for the 2 hotel pools where you can go in the hotel's provided bathrobe, or the thermal park, crossing the street in front of the hotel.

Great stay for families with kids and pets.

Pros: Room was spacious, good bed and pillows, and had a lovely terrace. Kids loved the swimming pool! Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. There were lovely walking grounds around the property as well, especially if you have a pet.

Cons: Maybe needs a bit updating but other than that we enjoyed it!

Pros: Great hotel and staff! The room was very spacious with a nice design and warm colours. The food was good with various selections. The parking area is big and secured.

Great place for families with kids and somebody, who wants to rest

Pros: Access to swimming pool in the hotel, more pools across the street with sauna, pools and aquapark. Our kids loved the slides! Breakfast and dinner were excellent - everyday the menu was different and all food was really tasty.

Cons: This is not about the hotel, but localization limits possibilities to see other parts of Slovenia.

Good for the mind, body and soul

Pros: This facility has it all! For grown-ups and children. The kids lived the aqua park, the food was very good and every day it was changed. The swimming pools at the hotel is heaven. And Ptuj is a small little gem!

Very pleasant and relaxing experience. Surroundings and ambiance were first class.

Pros: All staff, from the reception on arrival, through the restaurant, spa and in the bar were extremely polite and always helpful. Food selection was extensive and plentiful, both at breakfast and dinner. We came for a relaxing weekend and weren’t disappointed! Would definitely come back again.

Exceeded my expectations, will definitely be back

Pros: I loved the facilities, the fact the little pool was on site which was quiet and relaxing. There was always a spot to get a sunbed. The gym which was a short walk away was small but had enough to do my workout. The room was clean and comfortable and had a lovely view. The breakfast was also lovely, with so much choice and really tasty The hotel also sent a bottle of Prosecco to my room on my birthday which was such a sweet touch!

Cons: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t really like. A good addition would be a vending machine or small shop to buy things such as toiletries or snacks as the closest supermarket is about 20 minutes walk

Pros: The pools and overall structure were fine, the bed comfortable. With your room you get double access to the spa pools/water park across the road.

Cons: The AC wasn't very powerful and the half board meals weren't all that tasty, though very good value.
