Pros: Great location.Property is located close to Trebnje centre, 30mins from Ljubljana . House is located in a quiet industrial /retail area. Area is safe, quiet. Plenty of parking spaces.Hotel is very clean a tidy. Furnishings are practical and simple, no clutter.. Wifi fast and reliable.. There were several of us staying there, everybody was respectful, no noise overnight. Property is as described on the website.Communication with an owner was good. Scrumptious cooked breakfast. Reception and restaurant are closed overninght. Five stars for me, incredible value for the money.

Pros: At the entrance we were a little disappointed becaus we arrived late and we had not informed about our exact time of arrival. In fact, everything was better than what we expected. We will choose the place if we will be in the area again.

Pros: Second time here and just as good as the first. Easy check-in and great value for money. Staff very friendly and breakfast good. Will come again.

Cons: Hot water takes a moment to arrive, but it gets there in the end - possibly because the hotel was quiet.
