A wonderful experience at the hotel and the winter riviera
Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff were courteous, the room was clean, and the breakfast and dinner were rich and very tasty. The winter thermal riviera is accessible via an indoor corridor; the pools are very clean and warm, and the slides are super fun for children.
Cons: The only thing that caused problems for us was the overly chlorinated pools. Since we hardly leave the water for hours at a time, as others probably do as well, after a while we started experiencing breathing discomfort and allergic reactions. Even after showering, your skin still smells of chlorine. I understand that chlorination is necessary, but perhaps there are newer, more modern products and methods for water treatment.

Excellent relax.
Pros: I am here for third time and still enjoy as for the first time. Very clean, quiet and well equipped room, enough space for family. Winter thermal riviera is a separate story, enough joy and fun for whole day without the need to get out of pool. Staff are very warm and accessible.
Cons: Maybe a food can go for one point up. It was really enough for us, but maybe just to diversify a little.

Pros: Hotel is renovated, rooms are new and clean. The playroom for kids in hotel is so cute. The pool area is great for kids any age and for adults. Spa is also great.
Cons: Breakfast is good, but dinner is little bit poor. And there is no restaurant you can eat for lunch, only snack bar at the pool where you can get only pizza and hotdogs.

Pros: Cisto, uredno. Igraonica za decu velika i prostrana. Bazeni topli.
Cons: Na unutrasnjim bazenima stepenice, nije prilagodjeno kolicima za bebe. Klizavo. Mali tanjiri za dorucak, odrasla osoba treba da uzme tri tanjira da bi stavila sve.

Fantastico per bambini
Pros: Il complesso delle terme è enorme con molti servizi che spaziano dalle piscine al pub passando per un supermercato interno l'importante è trovare l'albergo giusto! Il family inn è veramente molto bello! Camere spaziose accoglienti simpatiche e ben tenute. Il bagno ampio e finestrato. Un terrazzino e tanto spazio anche negli armadi. Le zone comuni hanno giochi per i bambini e anche qualcosa per i ragazzi. Si accede alle piscine direttamente dall'albergo, quindi si può uscire dalla camera in costume e accappatoio; viene fornito anche per i bambini più piccoli!!!
Cons: La ristorazione è mediocre si potrebbe fare molto di più soprattutto per i bambini. L'acqua a 6,8 euro al litro esagerata. L'ascensore va manutentato e trovare le griglie per la raccolta degli asciugamani sporchi ad ogni piano è brutto, rovina proprio tutto l'ambiente che per il resto è molto curato. Consiglio di trovare o un luogo differente dove tenerli o sostituire i carrelli con griglie che ci sono con qualcosa di più ecologico/moderno più in linea con la struttura.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Kind
Pros: Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, direkter Zugang zur Therme (2 mal pro Tag mit zwei Stunden Pause dazwischen), Trinkbrunnen zum Flaschen auffüllen, kleines Spielzimmer für Kinder - sehr süß eingerichtet, ausreichend Auswahl an Aktivitäten und Becken für Kinder in der Therme.
Cons: Badezimmer recht klein, Spielautomaten mit Jetons (je 1,50€) gehen teils nicht trotz Jetoneinwurf - schade fürs Kind.
