Good value for money accommodation, ideal for one or two nights

Pros: Good location, reasonable price, cleanliness, clear communication flow

Cons: Noisy when other residents move around

Pros: Nice place. Two beds and a bathroom. Seemed clean and in general good standard.

Cons: Not that good soundproofing. Could hear them laugh im the room next door but not too bad.

Pros: The accommodation was great and very comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

It was really good for this price in this time at this location, we will definitely come again.

Pros: It was quite, comfortably, good quality for the price, free park space.

Cons: The stairs to the upper floor are high and the metal handrail was impossible to hold because it was hot.

Peaceful Stay Near the Italian Border. Plan Ahead for Check-In!

Pros: A peaceful and quiet location, just five minutes from the Italian border. The rooms are calm, clean, and comfortable. There’s no TV, but honestly, you don’t need it. Perfect for a 1–2 night stay.

Cons: Unfortunately, the check-in procedure was a bit challenging. Since there was no 4G signal in the area, we couldn’t contact the host and had to make an international call. We had assumed we could just check our messages upon arrival, but we hadn’t considered the lack of internet. So be aware, make sure to save the entire check-in process before heading to the hotel.

Pros: It's perfectly clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is beautiful, in a middle of a sleepy hamlet at the foot of a rocky hill, five minutes drive away from the highway, and half-an-hour drive from downtown Trieste. It's very basic, but a perfect sleepover place on a road trip.

Cons: While basic setup is not a problem per se, it's a bit too basic. I would've appreciated at least some coffee machine, not necessarily in the room, but in the corridor (as the only shared space), and some vending machine. It's, like, very basic thing to have if you aim at car travellers staying for an overnight break. Alternatively, if you aim at guests that plan for a longer stay, the very basic setup is even more problematic (I can't imagine spending more than a day at this place). However, to finish on a positive note, I do recommend this place for an overnight break.

Lovely rural accommodation & quiet

Pros: Lovely rural location in a quiet village. Room was modern and comfortable, quite small. Bottle of water provided. There is a nice restaurant a few km back in Italy in Jamiano called Drejce.

Cons: The outside door code entry system seemed a bit erratic and I had to help some late night arrivals into the accommodation.

Pros: We arrived for 1 night used as a transit accommodation. Arrived around 10 pm, no problem with self check in Communication easy Clean room, comfortable bed Fully recommend

Good for short break

Pros: It was close to Osmica. Clear instructions for check-in, warm room.

Cons: Separated beds

Pros: Nice parking, clean room, nice quiet place to spend the night.

Cons: Location on googl is not good, not easy to found... All night alarm sensor from the front door was beeped irritating.
