Exceptional Villa and super lovely host

Pros: The property was faultless in terms of location, facilities and decor. There are several thoughtful touches to the property and for 4 friends this was very comfortable.

Cons: There is one air con unit on the staircase and it can get quite hot in summer. This didn’t cause major problems as the windows have mosquito nets

Fantastic villa in a lovely scenery!

Pros: Fantastic villa on top of a hill. The villa has a nice garden and we very much enjoyed the evenings in the patio. Since the moment we booked our stay, the hosts had even installed two saunas and a larger swimming pool, which was great news for the kids! Nice location for biking and walking, as well as for excursions to Lipica, Ljubjana, Predjama, Postojna,... There were only two things that surprised us: we had some very hard winds and (thunder)storms during the night, and the church bells 130 times at 6AM, 3PM and 8PM (and a bit more on Sundays). But you get used to it :-)

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Super vakantieverblijf om of tot rust te komen of om de nabije omgeving te verkennen.

Pros: Ontvangst door Host was prima geregeld, korte toelichting op hoe en wat en onze vakantie kon beginnen. Locatie is zeer ruim, beschikt over super veel privacy en rust, vele faciliteiten, eigen pool, in- en outdoor speelveld/ruimte, De woning zelf voorzien van alle gemakken, meer dan door ons gebruikt zelfs,

Cons: In advertentie wordt melding gemaakt van mogelijk restaurant, ligt ligt echte op ca. 6 km rijden, niet helemaal handig 's avonds. Gelukkig in Branik mooi alternatief gevonden: Osterija Furlan -> SUPER !! Woning is voorzien van 1 airco op de 3e etage, deze is helaas niet toereikend voor het gehele huis en de slaapkamers op de 2e etage -> verbeterpunt voor de Host.

Pros: Naprosto úžasná lokalita, možnost využití bazénu, hřiště a sauny. Veškeré vybavení nové a funkční. Doporučuji pro rodinu s detmi. Určitě se vrátíme.

Droomlocatie!

Pros: Droomlocatie! Aan alles is gedacht, grote ruimtes, meer dan voldoende bedden, grote keuken, alles schoon. Ruime tuin met moestuin én volleybal/voetbalveld. Grote schuur met allerlei soorten sportmateriaal, een tafeltennistafel, een massage-apparaat, oude radio, met fietsen en kajak voor verhuur. Met wasruimte en gratis wasmachine. Zelfs 2 nieuwe sauna's, ook inbegrepen. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk. Bbq-en kan je er ook. Wel een steile weg om er te komen en de kerkklokken gaan iedere ochtend om 6.00u af. Voor de rest echt een prachtige locatie in een prachtig land! De eigenaren hebben zelf ook nog een restaurant waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Alles top!
