Villa Anton - The Old Dairy

Excellent villa with so much space in a peaceful location

Pros: The Villa is amazing, and there is so much space downstairs including a well equipped kitchen. There is so much to do at the house with the pool, pool table and table tennis table. John the owner was brilliant and couldn't be more helpful, it was easy to get keys and he came to collect them at the end.

Cons: Nothing really - it is an amazing house and we will be back as loved Slovenia! Just one thing - there was an unfinished garden area so a lot of building equipment hidden behind a curtain, and some of the outside lights didn't work.

Absolutely incredible and recommendable!

Pros: The house was perfect for our group of friends for our weekend trip. Since it is located outside of the village without direct neighbours, we were able to turn on music while relaxing around the pool without anyone being disturbed by the noise. Table tennis and a pool table were great additional entertainment options. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meal and there were also eating options a few minutes away - one time we picked up Pizza at a place the host recommended to us. John is a great host, who provided so much information about the Villa and options for leisure activities. I would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect introduction to Slovenia

Pros: We've just returned from a wonderful fortnight at Villa Anton. This peaceful villa is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Our party of 9 - 4 adults and 5 teenagers thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. We were able to chill out and relax by the pool or on the terrace with its wonderful view or in the indoor reading area. The pool table and ping pong were also a big hit. It was the perfect base to explore the country as first-time visitors to Slovenia and we visited lots of local attractions as well as some day trips further away to Croatia and Venice, all very easily accessible by car. John is a super host. Communication before arrival was good and he was a great source of local knowledge on arrival and during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Pros: L’emplacement très agréable, dans la nature et proche du village,avec une vue sur les montagnes. Confort de grande qualité avec tout le nécessaire pour se détendre en famille.

Cons: Rien…

Pros: Een mooie ruime villa, met prachtig uitzicht, veel leuke dingen voor vermaak zoals een pingpongtafel en Pooltafel. En alle faciliteiten die we nodig hadden! Daarnaast waren John en Veronika super vriendelijk en heel makkelijk te bereiken.

Pros: Aussicht, Ruhe, Ausstattung, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons: Nichts

Sehr entspannte und erholsame Woche, alles bestens, gerne wieder! Danke John!

Pros: Es war eine wunderbare Woche in der „Alten Molkerei“. Genug Platz um miteinander drinnen und draußen entspannt mit Freunden (wir waren 9 Personen) Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Haus ist gut erreichbar, wunderschön gelegen mit herrlichem Ausblick in die Landschaft. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen und Ausflüge ans Meer ( Piran hat uns sehr gut gefallen). Im großen Garten mit Salzwasserpool ist die (anschließende) Entspannung perfekt! Und sollte es mal regnen - Tischtennisplatte (windgeschützt!) und Billard stehen bereit! John ist ein sehr freundlicher, offener, sympathischer und respektvoller Gastgeber- mit ihm und an diesem besonderen Ort haben wir uns sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt.

Cons: Nichts

Pros: Csodálatos helyen, az erdő szélén található a ház, a teraszról a hegyekre, az erdőre lehet látni. Csend, nyugalom, madárcsicsergés.A kert igényes. A ház nagy és tiszta. 4 szobához saját fürdő tartozik, 2-nek a földszinten van fürdőszoba. Hatalmas konyha, étkező. 2 társalgó, biliárd szoba, ping-pong asztal, grillező. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a konyha jól felszerelt, bár egy használható serpenyő jó lenne. A tulaj nagyon kedves, közvetlen.

Cons: Érkezésünkkor hideg volt a ház, csak a következő napra melegedett fel. Némelyik szobában sok hangya jött elő az ott tartózkodásunk alatt. A franciaágyakon a közös takaró nem mindenkinek tetszett.

Pros: הבית הכי טוב שהייתי בכל החופשות שלי. יש כל משמשפחה גדולה צריכה. בריכה, נוף , ביליארד, מטבח גדול ומצוייד. חדרים נוחים ויחס חם מי בעלי הבית.

Super!

Pros: Super ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur,, relativ gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr schöner Pool und viel Platz vorhanden. Unsere Gruppe von 12 Erwachsenen hat sich sehr gut gefühlt. Man muss nur wissen dass 2 Zimmer kein eigenes Bad haben und sich somit eines teilen müssen (Zimmer sind im oberen Stock, Bad im unteren Stock). Ansonsten sehr angenehm und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Der Besitzer (John) war sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfreich in allen Belangen.

Cons: Am Pool könnten noch mehr Liegen sein (es gab nur 4) und ein weiterer großer Topf zum Kochen und ein bisschen größerer Grill wäre hilfreich aber der Besitzer ist informiert und noch dabei einiges am Haus zu Verbessern! In einem der Zimmer gab es ein kleines Ameisenproblem, aber John hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und uns geholfen.
