A fantastically spacious house not far from the city centre
Pros: A fantastically spacious house with a great size lounge and dining area. Toilets on three of the floors was a great facility, as well as a well stocked kitchen and utility room. A great space and not a too long walk into the very centre of the city.

Pros: Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful! The place had all the comforts we could wish for, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and perfect for relaxing. We loved spending time in the beautiful garden, which added a peaceful charm to our mornings and evenings. The free parking for two cars was very convenient and made everything even easier. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.
Cons: We missed having an espresso coffee machine and mosquito nets on the windows – both would have made the stay even more perfect.

Great
Pros: Great location short walk to the Center, right on the river. Property is very big lots of space and nice to have a garden and dining area. Host is great and very helpful and accommodating, let us leave bags at the property after we had checked out and let us check in early also.
Cons: It’s not very obvious from the listing and images it’s actually a 4 story house although you do not use the basement. This was not an issue for our group but imagine it could be for others.

Pros: Lovely house in a 15 minutes walking distance to centre of city, and in the neighbourhood there were also nice restaurants and cafés and supermarket.. two minutes to a bar by the river. Free parking at the house for our rental car also nice. Only communicaton with owner in digital, but worked out fine.

Great place to stay for big groups and family.
Pros: It is a 3 floors house with a basement. 4 bedroom with 2 bedroom and separate bathroom and toilet each on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Clean, nice and comfortable house. Bed is comfortable and Each bedroom have fan and heater. Kitchen have all the needed stuff. Fits our group of 7 people comfortably. Big garden good for BBQ however we did not use it as we spend most of the time in the house cooking and eating due to the cold weather. Owner is very responsive when we asked questions and he was quick to give us answer. Big parking space we have 2 cars and fit nicely next to the house. Near to city...walking distance. Near to supermarket just 5 mins walking distance. Overall very happy with the stay

Brilliant place to stay in Ljubjana for a small group!
Pros: Perfect place for a group of 7-8! The location was great and the house very spacious with everything you need. It particularly convenient with a bathroom on each floor. We also spent time in the nice garden. Finally, the host Jan was very responsive giving us local tips and allowing an early check-in. All in all just a lovely place.

Pros: 10 mn walk from center. Space inside the House. Very confortable.
Cons: We would have appreciated to have some sugar, vinagar and oil in the kitchen but we are sure Jan would have provided it if we would have asked. We managed. It is a detail. Every necessary things for breakfast were at disposal.

It was excellent, the location perfect, the villa perfect... I highly recommend it.
Pros: The host was excellent and very helpful. We arrived early and he let us leave our luggage in the villa while it was being cleaned. And we left late and he let us check out late which really made a difference. He also suggested some excellent cafes for us.
Cons: Loved it all. Can't really think of anything we didn't like.
