Pros: The property is beautifully decorated, equipped and maintained, with lovely vintage and cosy touches. The staff is very friendly as well. There is a ski bus stop in front of the property so you have easy access to the ski slopes in Kranjska Gora, lake Jasna and Planica. Overall highly recommend and would love to visit in the warmer months as well.

A wonderful, comfortable stay – we would or will gladly come back again.
Pros: The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Everything was nicely arranged and felt cozy and welcoming. The location is great and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.
Cons: Nothing in particular – everything met our expectations.

Cosy and clean hotel close to the town centre.
Pros: The hotel was nice. It was located relatively close to the town center (~10min walking). The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel doesn't use keys. Instead we were given a pin which we used to enter the hotel, the room and the ski storage. The social room was a nice addition, where we met other guests and had a nice time. The ski bus is stopping right in front of the hotel, and it takes us straight to the ski area.
Cons: For most of the day, there is no staff in the hotel (the reception works during the morning). We had a few smaller issues (we had nowhere to park and we could not find the ski room) when we arrived, and it would have been much easier for us if there was someone there who we could ask questions. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, and also a 2nd parking lot 20m down the road. When we arrived, the 2nd parking lot was full of snow, and the lot behind the hotel was also full (half of it was occupied by cars, and the other half by uncleaned snow). Next day we were told that their snow cleaning machine was broken that day, so it was not entirely their fault. On the 3rd day we went for a road trip, and when we returned, there was also nowhere to park (either there were more rooms than parking spaces, or some other guests came with multiple cars).

Exceed our expectations
Pros: Perfect location, everything was clean, exceed our expectations. The place itself is very cozy, with thought of every detail. You have place where to park your car.

Comfy, warm place with excellent staff who focuses on the specifics of the client's request.
Pros: Location was perfect, near all the important touristic and cultural spots, so one can easily reach all these places.
Cons: There is nothing I can say I didn't like.

Pros: Very friendly staff, we also got a free room upgrade. Great breakfast, a lot of choice.
Cons: Only thing that could be improved are curtains that would block street lights in the night. If you are sensitive to light at night, I recommend you bring something to cover your eyes.
