Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment

Pros: Perfect location for our own purposes. It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment. Apart from the building site next door that is a temporary source of noise during the day it was very quiet. The garage worked well, too.

Best Appartement & Service in Ljubljana

Pros: The building design, the apartment itself, the beautiful furnishings, high quality matrace, high tech entrance management, safety, laundry option, free parking in the garage.

Cons: Everything was amazing

Pros: It was very modern, clean and spacious. The apartment is well equipped. And there is an air conditioning in the livingroom/kitchen. Laundry in the basement is clean and convenient. The location is close to the city center, but still quiet neighbourhood and there are some supermarkets nearby.

Cons: In the smaller bedroom there are no curtains, so be aware to wake up with sunlight in the morning.

Cozy homey family friendly apartment in quiet area. Just few bus stops from the center.

Pros: Quiet location close to the city center, very easily accessible by bus. Bus station right in front of the building. Clean spacious and cozy. Amazing for families with kids.

Cons: The mattress on main bed has lost it’s shape and both sides were sunken and no longer supporting. Other than this the space was absolutely amazing value for the money and we would come again.

Pros: New, modern and spacious appartment. It is in city quiet suburb, but it takes about 10 min with bus to reach city center (and buses are regular without crowd). Appartment is euipped with everything you may need, you also have parking lot in garage, so you can choose what to take: public bus or your car. In my opinion, no need to take smaller and less equipped appartments in city center. With this one you really have great confort in quiet area, but very good connected to city center.

Pros: Beautiful and modern apartment – it exceeded all our expectations. Underground parking available. A bus stop is just 10 meters from the apartment, with direct connections to the city center. Perfect for families.

Comfortable stay in Ljubljana

Pros: Clean and comfortable apartment in Ljubljana, a very convenient place to stay if you are willing to visit the country. Parking place in the building, bus stop just next to the building - 15 minutes to get to the city centre. Bakery and supermarket just a few minutes away. A very nice and helpful host ☺️ We were so satisfied we chose Regentova for the second time while visiting Slovenia.

Cons: If only the second bedroom had two separate single beds for kids instead of one that would have been perfect. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

A wonderful apartment. A pity about the key collection arrangements.

Pros: This was a marvellous apartment that far, far, exceeded our expectations. It was modern, clean, with a good size balcony, and located on the fringe of Llubljana. There was underground parking, with security measures to get into, out of, the apartment building. The surroundings were, also, quiet. A tip for going into Llubljana centre. Leave the car in the underground car park, and get the no7 bus only 40m to the right of the block. The return stop is opposite the apartment block. Buses come every 20mins., and you can tap your credit card for payment. Thus, no hassle parking, and no parking charges. You will not regret it.

Cons: The arrangements for collecting the apartment keys were problematic, which I mentioned to the agent. The initial arrangement (through Booking.com) was for someone to meet us at the apartment at a pre-arranged time. However, at 10am on the day we were due to arrive, an email was sent to me (which I did not see, as I was driving and did not expect it, and was not going to as my phone was not set to roaming), stating there was a change in the agreed arrangements. Why an alternative arrangement was not told to me a few days earlier (especially as, by then, I had paid for the apartment) I do not know. The result being, there was no-one to meet us, Booking.com could not contact the agent through the number on my booking form, and I had to go round the flats in the block asking for assistance. Finally, a helpful resident directed us to the Reception (with no-one there), and the agent's number on the Reception door (which was different to that on the booking form). A Slovenian number that my call package could not call, although the resident kindly did this for us. During this conversation we were informed of the new 'key collection arrangement'. During the call, I pointed out all of the aforesaid, only for the agent to impress on me that it was my fault I had not attended to his email. Which only 'rubbed salt' into an expanding wound. Why, oh why, the agent left telling me the new arrangements so late, I will never know. So, beware!

Beautiful apartment in the suburban

Pros: This is a beautiful apartment with spacious, bright and clean rooms in the suburban region of the city. We had a dedicated car park in the garage with access from the stairway. The matraces on the beds are thick and soft, the bedclothes were clean and had good scent. We received 2 towels per person that was also clean and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. Everything is comfortable and the design is well planned, it was pleasure to get to the apartment after a long day.

Cons: The kitchen should be equipped better.
