Great property close by the city centre

Pros: The property is really new and fresh, the design is very modern and stylish, the size of the apartment was quite satisfying. We had breakfast downstairs once and it was really tasty! Also, the pasta place part of the property is also worth visiting. Our child stayed with us and the second bed that was prepared for him was quite comfy! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back another time.

Cons: No comments, everything was really nice. The electricity meter board was a bit noisy, but it got fixed immediately after we reported it.

Very satisfying!

Pros: The location is perfect. New modern apartment, very comfortable for 2 persons, but it was fitting us for 3 as we stayed only one night and used sofa (which is not the best solution for a longer period).

Cons: it was not perfectly clean, but was ok.

Pros: Very comfortable and modern residences. A good location close to the railway statiin, and old city center. All staff very nice and service minded. A good cafe to get a breakfast or lunch We will come back.

Pros: Everything was really good. Breakfast was great, room was clean and with all that you would need. The residence is close to the city center so you can walk to the center. All my recommendations for NEU residences and special thanks to bar waiter Domen who was really helpfull with all my questions :)

Highly recommended.

Pros: The apartments are very spacious, come with fully equipped kitchen, strong water pressure and clean. The penthouse has a very spacious dining area and patio that are perfect for big group gathering. The 4XL apartment is slightly smaller as there are four bedrooms but there is a washing machine within the apartment. Laundry service is also available at level 1 of the building. The gym is small but has new modern equipment and is sufficient for most travelers. The customer service has emailed details of pre-registration process which is easy to follow through, once the input are completed, the check-in is seamless. The service staffs are very responsive pre-travel, helpful when we were there and the cafe downstair makes breakfast very convenient on days we need to start early.

Cons: We booked 2 units. One is the penthouse. While the master bathroom is extremely big, it is strange that one window panel does not have a binds, therefore there is no privacy as neighboring unit can easily looked into the bathroom.
