Pros: Perfect location right in the centre of the old town, right on the river. Ljubliana is small, so we could walk to everything we wanted to see in 5-10 minutes. We came by train and it was only 20 minutes walk from the station. The rooms are in converted apartments in a grand old building - high ceilings, solid wooden doors, original features - you feel like you are stepping back in history. Our room had an extensive kitchenette, a sizeable dining table and plenty of storage. It even had the old kitchen range - just for ornamental use now, but it added to the historical feel. The bathroom was large, with a bath and separate shower and twin washbasins. We loved staying here.
Cons: Nothing really to dislike. It would have been nice to have some wine glasses - there were just some tumblers. The bed was very soft, which was cosy, but it didn't do my back any good! Be aware that the apartments are on the second floor and there is no lift - which means quite a lot of stairs. Staff will help if you ask though.

Pros: Location excellent. On the river. Copious amounts of great quality restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Staff pleasant.
Cons: No air con. Lots of steps so people not agile it might not be ideal.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice shower, friendly staff.
Pros: Amazing location, in the old town and with a view of the castle. The beds were comfortable, the staff were lovely and the shower was warm and powerful.

Pros: Great location, very regal feel to the apartment and very large living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen was very well equiped. The king size bed was very comfortable and extremely quiet.
Cons: If you rely on the internet and wifi, do not stay here. The wifi is extremely poor.

excelent place to stay in Lubliana
Pros: very convienent and well equiped room with lots of space and nice bathroom
Cons: the only drawback was lack of A/C, it got hot during the day and we had to use provided fan and keep window open during night

Pros: Apartments right in the brink of old town, any main attractions is just 5-10 minutes walk. Comfy beds, big room, great location. Got nice recommendations from administrator what to see and where to eat some local food.
Cons: I believe AC was mentioned in description, but only a ventilator in a room available. Building is on the corner of high intensity street, so sleeping with windows open was a noisy option. Just an advice for travelers with a car - first park the car, then look for a hotel as there is no access to hotel by car available.
