LA Studio

Good location, comfortable accommodation

Pros: This is a great studio, close to the town centre and an allocated car space right next to the apartment. It’s a quick walk into town along the river which is also a great walk in the evening. The fixtures, fittings and furnishings in the apartment are all in great condition and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for self catering. The large bathroom with washing machine is perfect for a good clean-up. We enjoyed a couple of nights here. Recommended.

Cons: Only downside is that whilst there’s no aircon in the apartment, a neighbours aircon extractor is right next to the patio doors blasting hot air at the covered terrace.

Pros: The studio is located in a new building and everything is thoughtfully arranged, with a beautiful terrace. The instructions provided were clear, and the host was unobtrusive yet gave the impression of always being available if needed. The city of Maribor is a true gem! There are wonderful walking paths, picturesque bridges over the Drava River, and a vibrant city center filled with restaurants and cafés. We will definitely return—at least for a weekend, and hopefully to stay in the same accommodation again.

Pros: Close to the city center. It has its own parking spot in front of the apartment. Easy communication with the host and easy access.

Modern secure apartment with easy parking and short walk to town.

Pros: The size and the cleanliness of the apartment was great. Parking was very easy and right outside the apartment. Close proximity to the old town only approximately 10 minutes. Great water pressure in the shower.

Cons: For such a modern apartment was surprised there wasn't any air conditioning. But opening the doors helped a little.

Pros: Great location, 15 minute leisurely walk to the city center. The apartments are located in a new building, there is convenient parking, a private terrace. The apartments are very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend this place to friends. A special huge thanks to the host for her extremely attentive and positive attitude!

New apartment, fully equipped, clean, owner accessible and friendly, excellent location!

Pros: New apartment block and completely newly furnished and decorated small, comfortable and very cute apartment. Equipped with all appliances in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The location is great. Easy access, parking lot next to the block. The center is a nice walk away from the apartment. The instructions for arrival, availability and friendliness of the host are impeccable and at the highest level. I travel a lot all over the world and I am a demanding guest, everything was as it should be in the LA Studio accommodation. I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Good place to stay at a convenient location to see Maribor and surroundings!

Pros: Very clean and well equipped studio at a very good location! A very nice ice cream shop at walking distance. 😉

Cons: The mattress needs to be replaced. We found the bed uncomfortable. Since the studio does not have airconditioning, we opened the patio door and windows for fresh air. However, some neighbors love to smoke outside (including weed), which meant a nasty smell a few times during our stay. I know the owner can’t help this and in winter it’s probably less of an issue, but during our stay it happened quite a few times.

Very new, excellent furniture apartment at 15min walk of the city centre.

Pros: Very new, clean, comfy and complete apartment for 2 persons, at 15min walk to the Maribor city center. Quiet neighbourhood, parking space available and really superb furniture.

Cons: The bathroom fan stopped about 15-20min after the light is switched off, making a lot of noise, specially when going to bed. Not very close to a supermarket.

Accogliente, tranquillo e vicino al centro

Pros: Delizioso monolocale, atmosfera rilassante. Perfetto per una coppia. Cucina ben attrezzata, macchina del caffé a disposizione, terrazzino privato con tavolino e sedie, posto auto di pertinenza. Bagno con doccia walk-in molto spaziosa! Temperatura dell'appartamento molto piacevole. Abbiamo soggiornato i primi giorni di Gennaio e potevamo stare tranquillamente a mezze maniche. Passeggiata di soli 10 minuti a piedi per attraversare il ponte e raggiungere il centro di Maribor. Host disponibile e attento. É stato un piacere.

Cons: Non c'é niente che non mi sia piaciuto.
